Are you kidding? Its the best food in Fallbrook! I wanted to leave Fallbrook because no decent food. My husband found Carnitas Paracho and I LOVE IT! The best food in Fallbrook. I may stay.
I was lucky enough to have carnitas, chicharrones, & tortillas carried up to Alaska for me to try! It was all AMAZING and a great taste of back home. Authentic carnitas done simply. The tortillas compliment the meat too. ¡Muy delicioso!
Some of the best buche, cuero and carnitas tacos I’ve ever had! If you go make sure you try out the cueritos tacos! You will not regret it ?also the chicharron is nothing but ? I took 4 lbs to go back to LA. Hidden gem in fallbrook for sure, will be coming back when in town!
