Recently had a wedding at Fallbrook Estate via Wedgewood Weddings and honestly, the venue was great but it sucked that Elegance on Display was the baker that came with them. Unfortunately, they come with the package so why not give them a shot!
Nope, they broke the custom made cake topper I had done and didn’t apologize about it until I inquired about it. I just found out during reception - they provided no heads up, no “sorry we broke it, here’s the missing piece”, no anything. The missing piece is still missing so I couldn’t even repair it myself.
Was the cake good at least? Hell no, it wasn’t. It was very hard to cut. It wasn’t even moist. It tasted like a regular cake I could get at Vons.
If you were to book at Fallbrook Estate, ask for a different baker. They lack the care that you deserve on your wedding day.

The rose cake pops we used as favors were next-level beautiful—so much so that people didn’t even want to eat them because they looked like little works of art! We even received a 1 year anniversary cake! The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. She was friendly, easy to work with, and very reasonably priced. She then took forever to make this small cake... months later... and didn't communicate to make sure we will be around to receive it when she finally did ship it. When she told us she shipped it i let her know well we are going to be out of town, and she seemed to not care. Totally got the vibe since our wedding was past we no longer mattered anymore and we were low priority.
so we couldn't store it right away... it ended up being thrown out and we ended up with no anniversary cake. Absolutely pointless, wasteful, and she did not give a crap. frustrating when you spend so much on a wedding and we couldn't enjoy just a small memory of it on our anniversary.

We tasted wedding cakes here about 9 months ago. We scheduled a tasting and when we showed up she didn't have many flavors for us to taste (about 3-4) and served us "whatever is in the fridge." It didn't seem special or like they took pride in their presentation or cared about what we wanted at all. I also found a hair in the cake she pulled out of the fridge (not even the flavor I wanted to taste). When I emailed her about it after, she replied without an apology stating I should've just told her so she could replace the cake. Not the best experience especially when you're getting married and want the special experience. And especially when you're paying $$$. This company has a deal with Wedgwood to be their Baker, so maybe they've gotten complacent with the consistent stream of customers. But we actually decided to not go with this company. We decided to go with Little LuLu's (Oceanside, CA) who actually blew us out of the water with her cake designs, flavors, pride in her service, and professionalism!
