Jennifer took on my order at the last minute because my bakery cancelled 11 days before my wedding. She was so incredibly kind and helpful and she made some beautiful cakes and desserts that were absolutely delicious. I’d highly recommend her for any sweet treats you may need.

When we were told our original baker went out of business and could no longer bake our cake, we were left scrambling to find a new option. Thankfully, we discovered Elegance on Display, and Jennifer came to our rescue! From our first conversation, she was professional, understanding, and incredibly accommodating, despite the tight timeframe. She worked with us to design the perfect cake that matched our wedding theme, and her attention to detail was impeccable.
The cake not only looked absolutely beautiful but tasted phenomenal as well! Every layer was a hit with our guests, with many commenting on how delicious it was! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the texture was spot on--moist and rich without being overly sweet. It truly exceeded our expectations in every way.
We were so impressed with how Jennifer handled the entire process, ensuring we had a stress-free experience during such a critical time. Cake was wonderful from what I remember (wedding nights tend to be a blur) but we asked to have some made for our anniversary cake... she seemed to not want to do it and asked if we wanted to just go with a local bakery since we were now states away after our wedding... felt like we were some nuisance to her. however, the wedding venue was working with her to pay for it since our cake was left behind at the venue and wasn't stored properly.
She then took forever to make this small cake... months later... and didn't communicate to make sure we will be around to receive it when she finally did ship it. When she told us she shipped it i let her know well we are going to be out of town, and she seemed to not care. Totally got the vibe since our wedding was past we no longer mattered anymore and we were low priority.
so we couldn't store it right away... it ended up being thrown out and we ended up with no anniversary cake. Absolutely pointless, wasteful, and she did not give a crap. frustrating when you spend so much on a wedding and we couldn't enjoy just a small memory of it on our anniversary.
Wish we could have gone with a different baker who would have gone above and beyond for their clients... and not... this..

Jennifer's creations are beautiful and so delicious. Our guests are not big cake people but they absolutely loved our wedding cake! My husband and I were so happy to have found Elegance on Display. The only regret we had was not getting a bigger slice during cake cutting. So we're really looking forward to our anniversary cake!

We tasted wedding cakes here about 9 months ago. We scheduled a tasting and when we showed up she didn't have many flavors for us to taste (about 3-4) and served us "whatever is in the fridge." It didn't seem special or like they took pride in their presentation or cared about what we wanted at all. I also found a hair in the cake she pulled out of the fridge (not even the flavor I wanted to taste). When I emailed her about it after, she replied without an apology stating I should've just told her so she could replace the cake. Not the best experience especially when you're getting married and want the special experience. And especially when you're paying $$$. This company has a deal with Wedgwood to be their Baker, so maybe they've gotten complacent with the consistent stream of customers. But we actually decided to not go with this company. We decided to go with Little LuLu's (Oceanside, CA) who actually blew us out of the water with her cake designs, flavors, pride in her service, and professionalism!

This bakery is probably good for simple wedding cakes. Unfortunately they don’t know what they are or are not capable of. We ordered a Mr.potato head cake for my sons 4th birthday and they couldn’t even bother to get the color of him right. The “pieces” of Mr.potato head are practically hanging on. Unfortunately I sent someone else to pick it up and he accepted it because I most certainly would not have. I wish they would have just said they couldn’t do it rather than trying and doing this.
