What happened to this place? This used to be the best Brisket you could get in California. So tender, so perfectly seasoned. I am willing to bet that management, ownership, or the grill master has changed. I recently visited this place since its well out of the way but from what I remember well worth it and the Brisket was very tough, over cooked, and highly over seasoned. Super salty. Its so sad. I'm curious if this was just a one off and will update this review when I give it one more shot. However, I am certain that something has changed either new owners, new management, or a new grill master or lack thereof. Very Sad about my loss of the best brisket you could get anywhere local.

As you see, the Burger is stylish. It has green skirt. But it's too high to bite for me. I can't taste every ingredient at same time. I realized that each ingredient is good, but they don't make harmony. The burger needs leader of their taste. It should be meat. Flies are very good.

We ordered the Meat Sampler Combo and got to try out a little of everything - a great option for first time visitors who are unsure of what they want to try. The brisket and sausage were the best, tri-tip and ribs were a little dry. The brisket was sooo juicy and tender. The sausage has a nice spicy after kick to it and is great for any spicy lovers. The Mac and cheese side is really nice as well as it has a bit of butter flavor added to it.

Great place to get BBQ. A must stop if you are in the area! Go early, because like most good BBQ places, they run out of stuff early.

They were so kind to let us make an order when they were within 10 minutes of
closing up. (We misunderstood the restaurant times versus the Door Dash times.) The staff were GREAT and had amazing attitudes about everything. The food is the best BBQ is San Diego County and the fried okra is cooked to perfection 👌.

Best I've had outside Texas. Highly recommend the smoked wings and brisket. Didn't ask what kind I wanted, but got moist point meat.

SOOO YUMMYYY!!! A MUST TRY if you're in the area. This restaurant is located in the historic original Fallbrook Firehouse address. It is very comforting inside and nice enclosed patio areas to eat. Food takes a little long to get, but it's well worth the wait!!! Meat is so juicy and tender and filled with lots of flavor. Try their bbq brisket sandwich. They have scheduled live singers to listen to while you eat. We didn't try their brewery, so I'm not sure about it. The restrooms are co-ed and can use some more cleaning... but it is ok.... Other than that, it was a great place to eat!

The smash burger was big and delicious. I didn't see wheelchair access.
