My wife and I loved the brisket and tri-tip entrees. We shared potato salad, sweet corn, beans, and slaw sides, and they were all delicious. And get the peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream if you have room. It was excellent too. Special nod to Ivan for the friendly service! We'll be back.

Cool looking place that disappointed in food and service. Once you get youre burned fried chicken sandwich, okayish tri tip and brisket ( really tender but flavorless) along with what tasted like instant macaroni and cheese, the servers aren't coming back lol the French fries and beans were the best part of the meal. The interior is really cool though.

Ordered the 2 meat combo with the brisket and the ribs. Sides chosen were the beans and mashed potato. Also ordered 1/2 lb of tri-tip, and a free peach cobbler for checking-in. Overall, the ribs were the star of the entire meal. Fall-off-the-bone tender, not doused in sauce, and absolutely delicious. Would have been totally happy with just a rack of the ribs, but happy I tried the other meats. The brisket was good, but not as marbled as I would have liked. Flavorful, but not something I would order again unless I knew it was on the fattier side. As for the tri-tip, I'm really glad I ordered it, as it was tender, and not dry. The peach cobbler was unfortunately mushed into a cup. Couldn't really tell what-was-what, and wished there was a crust to it. If ordering to-go, maybe suggest putting it in a box to help retain some of its pie-shape integrity. Overall, great meal.

This place is so yummy!! The food has been great the last few times I've been here and the service is always super polite too. My only advice is if you plan to get the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, be aware that it is super super hot!! Lol.

What a waste of time and money. Came in on a Slow Sunday and they were out of half of their menu. We ordered brisket and the 35min in to waiting for our food we were told they are actually out of that too. Our food came out maybe 10min after they told us they were out of brisket. Our order came out and all the meat was COLD, under cook, portion sizes are tiny. $50 bucks... really?! The potato salad has no flavor go to Albertsons for better quality. There was a table behind us full of dirty dishes from the previous customers as we walked in and didn't get attended to till we were done eating. The manager standing at the bar doing paperwork literally blowing gum and popping it while we are eating. The bartender told us they'd throw in a cobbler for the brisket mishap and we had to ask for the cobbler to go and our cards back when we were ready to leave because the bartender held on to them and there was never a checkin from the servers at any point of our meal. The TV's just reply the same videos. All in all we will be driving the extra 20-30min to Phil or Felix's BBQ.

Best barbeque out there! Always delicious. Ordered the brisket today and it was some of the best I’ve ever had.

In the past I would have recommended this place to everyone. I have brought my out of town family here to try it. Now I have experienced some issues with the food. I have to eat gluten free and there is nothing left to eat. The beans now have noodles in it, they added flour to the chicken rice soup, they now fry the smoked chicken wings in the communal fryer, and there were pieces of croutons in my $20 salad after they guaranteed there would not be. The staff is still kind and the ambience is great. But since I cannot even eat the salad anymore I probably won't be back. If you have no food restrictions then I do still highly recommend this place. If you are like me then I would not try it.

Great food with big portions and lotsa beers. Also a big nice restaurant with ample seating. First reaction to brisket is it's tender and delicious.

We were in town to share in the memorial service for a dear friend and longtime customer of Firehouse. Willy Moore. It was good to see so many of the Firehouse staff at the memorial service. We went twice over the weekend, and everyone was so accommodating. The food and beer are top-notch.Parking: Hard to find a spot when they are busy.
