Of course they made an outstanding sandwich. I also saw some really good customer service. There’s a gentleman there named Mike. And he most definitely has awesome leadership qualities. I hope that man gets a promotion and a raise soon. But to see how calmly he addressed the customer that was behind me. She had a lot of food concerns, and he was really considerate about them. He was able to tell jokes and keep everyone entertained while he was Cleaning the counter, and doing all the tasks of making sure that her food wasn’t contaminated by whatever she was worried about. Just really good. Customer service really good direction really good management. A great team on a Friday.
The guy in training was courteous & got my order right. The girl training him..not so much. Their bread is always fresh, as is their meat. You can eat leftovers the next day if you ask for the oil & vinegar on the side to prevent soggy bread.

I went to this location in Fallbrook , and it was also recommended by friends that the service and food are good. So I went and tried it myself.The service was out starting by Chris and his staff. Also, the food was so delicious as the place was super clean. Special 5 starts for good management, Chris. I highly recommend!.

This Jersey Mike's in Fallbrook is far the BEST one we've been to. We will go to no other. Last Jersey Mike's we went to was in Vista. I and my wife got a light case of food poisoning from the Vista Jersey Mike's. YOU WANT BEST YOU GOT THE BEST: JERSEY MIKE'S IN FALLBROOK ????
