I was picking up an order for Door Dash and the customer was missing his fries. Fernando was absolutely awesome! He helped me with the order and gave me a replacement. Excellent customer service, friendly and very professional.

Is wrong eating burger in the KFC? No, completely No. I like KFC burger. Everything is soft but fries are crispy. The burger is better than burger fast food. Staffs are very kind.

I am very impressed by the customer service at this Fallbrook store. I worked with Fernando to place a a very large order for the following day. I received a call in the morning confirming they had started working on the order. I appreciated Fernando’s patience and kindness as I needed to change the order several times! KFC has a great employee at this Fallbrook location!!!

I have lived in Fallbrook for 8 years now and KFC has always been a favorite of mine throughout my 74 years.....until I moved here. If I've ordered here 50 times, 40 of those visits my order has either been screwed up or they were out of what I wanted to order. Wings here can't come off a full grown chicken and in spite of trying to visit at times when I'm hoping the chicken won't be left over from lunchtime, it usually is....that is of course when I actually get what I order. Sad what's become of KFC. Don't know if this is a franchise or company store, but it ain't what it used to be.......$$$$

Fries were cold. Order was wrong... We got chicken parts instead of tenders. They forgot my drink until I reminded them. Pull you order out of the bag and check it before you leave the drive thru window.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant for the six years that we’ve lived here and they would always make sure to keep the customer happy. I did a delivery order and requested a side change and the manager: Fernando said that they cannot change the sides on an order. This is not the way it used to be and one would think that what is the big deal with giving someone a different small side? It’s just in my opinion poor customer service and if there were an alternate place to get chicken in Fallbrook, I would definitely give it a shot. Too bad
This is my favorite Kentucky Fried Chicken located in the beautiful town of Fallbrook. The staff is friendly, the orders are always correct, the restrooms are clean, the music on the overhead is great and the atmosphere is a mixture of rustic and modern.

The first time I visited this KFC fallbrook , Ca. , location by Mission Rd . I was impressed with their service and the cleanliness of this location . The one I ordered was really fresh especially the chicken. The second time I went the other day , I did not check my carry out order , when I was on my way to work , I opened it and I was given the crispy chicken instead of the Original Chicken which I always order. I was so disappointed and called this location back . The supervisor whom I talked to , it was after 11:00AM , her name starts with letter M , told me that they gonna replace my meal after I told her that they gave me the wrong chicken . So , I went back the following day . Without a hassle they replaced my meal with the right chicken this time. The same supervisor I talked to thanked me for coming back for my replacement. I checked my replacement meal even before I left the store to make sure it was right and fresh. It was fresh indeed . Thanks to their nice supervisor M ( I apologize for I forgot her name but I know it starts with letter M ) who replaced my meal without a hassle. Today, I am very disappointed , July 20 , 2024 @ 10:44 , I ordered for a big box meal, with a coupon , he did not honor my coupon which I bought for $1.00 . I asked his name , and he asked me why , He refused to give his name. And I asked him again he said his name is Juan . But I know that is not his real name. He is an older guy , with black frame glasses on .
