I’ve ordered from this restaurant for the six years that we’ve lived here and they would always make sure to keep the customer happy. I did a delivery order and requested a side change and the manager: Fernando said that they cannot change the sides on an order. This is not the way it used to be and one would think that what is the big deal with giving someone a different small side? It’s just in my opinion poor customer service and if there were an alternate place to get chicken in Fallbrook, I would definitely give it a shot. Too bad

This is my favorite Kentucky Fried Chicken located in the beautiful town of Fallbrook. The staff is friendly, the orders are always correct, the restrooms are clean, the music on the overhead is great and the atmosphere is a mixture of rustic and modern.

The first time I visited this KFC fallbrook , Ca. , location by Mission Rd . I was impressed with their service and the cleanliness of this location . The one I ordered was really fresh especially the chicken. The second time I went the other day , I did not check my carry out order , when I was on my way to work , I opened it and I was given the crispy chicken instead of the Original Chicken which I always order. I was so disappointed and called this location back . The supervisor whom I talked to , it was after 11:00AM , her name starts with letter M , told me that they gonna replace my meal after I told her that they gave me the wrong chicken . So , I went back the following day . Without a hassle they replaced my meal with the right chicken this time. The same supervisor I talked to thanked me for coming back for my replacement. I checked my replacement meal even before I left the store to make sure it was right and fresh. It was fresh indeed . Thanks to their nice supervisor M ( I apologize for I forgot her name but I know it starts with letter M ) who replaced my meal without a hassle. Today, I am very disappointed , July 20 , 2024 @ 10:44 , I ordered for a big box meal, with a coupon , he did not honor my coupon which I bought for $1.00 . I asked his name , and he asked me why , He refused to give his name. And I asked him again he said his name is Juan . But I know that is not his real name. He is an older guy , with black frame glasses on .

The last 3 visits through the drive thru we have been helped by Fernando. Every single time he has the biggest smile on his face and is super helpful. This past visit he gave us a coupon book that when used will help KFC workers attend college. To me, there is nothing better than helping people achieve higher education. Thank you Fernando for always putting your community first.

I consistently receive poor service and poor food quality from the franchise. They charge you for sauces regardless of the meal size and always forget basics like GRAVY with mashed potatoes. I only order here because Fallbrook has no other KFC or Drive Thru fried chicken. They're in business because they have no competition. The manger and owner should be ashamed. This review is honest opinion of over three years of terrible experiences.
I came through drive-thru at 9:26pm and I wanted to order 3 pieces dinner with sides and they said they didn’t have any of that and all they had was chicken tenders, I asked what time they closed and they said 10pm and I asked them why they don’t have any chicken or sides, but nobody responded to my question and I just drove off. This is unexceptionable.

A good experience at this KFC. The food was hot & fresh. The chicken was juicy and seasoned well. The Mac & Cheese was, ehhh, the mashed potatoes & gravy delicious, and Coleslaw was good. My overall experience, I give a 4 star ? rating. I would give a 5 star ?, but now no plates are given for pickup orders.
