Jesse’s Kitchen “La Cucina “ Italian & Indian Restaurant

I have eaten here on multiple occasions. The Italian entrees are delicious and the Indian entrees are amazing. The owner is friendly and upbeat and makes sure he visits your table to check on your experience. Highly recommend!!

I tried to love this place but everytime I've gone in, the guy in glasses isn't very warm. I've been in about 4 times I see how warm he is with others that seem to be his regulars and/or Caucasian. I am not Caucasian. The food has been both great and not so great. I had the eggplant parm, that was very yummy but then I've also had the Indian menu and that is not yummy at all. I love Indian food and this place is lacking by alot.
I will not be going in again. Trupianos is a much better atmosphere, warm welcoming and their Italian food is much better.

Good food and great service. We ordered the shrimp scampi and the vegan jalfrezi and both were very good. The tomato basil soup was also great.

I ordered the chicken curry and the shrimp curry. The curry tastes like tomato sauce. The shrimp texture was tough. The rice was the hardest rice I ever tasted. This was horrible but presented as an authentic gourmet Indian Curry. This was not restaurant quality food. Tastes instant. There is no way that a Chef cooked this disaster. The naan bread was not warm or fresh. Two thumbs down and 0 stars. This is worse than instant curry from the grocery store. I will never make this mistake again. Go here if you like to throw away money because there is no way you can eat this.

We ordered through DoorDash. Had never eaten from here. We ordered a family size pepperoni pizza and a child’s spaghetti. I will say the food was delicious. However their version of family size barely feeds two people . We had 3 adults and 1 child. My son could’ve eaten the entire pizza there were 8 slices. When you order something that says family size you expect more. Very disappointed because two of us had to eat something else so there would be enough for my son & grandson. They need to be more specific about their sizes. As I said, food was delicious just extremely disappointed with their portion sizes. Before you orderI suggest you call and ask specifically what exactly you’ll be getting. Spent a lot of money for very little.

I enjoyed their Lamb Vindaloo, Baked Ziti, and Chicken Gnocchi Soup. All were literally 10/10, seasoned perfectly and full of flavor. My partner and I are going back for day 2 in a row to try other items. I highly recommend everyone tries this restaurant. It's not often a restaurant successfully specializes in two completely different styles of food and they nail it.

Overpriced burrito bland no cheese no bacon

We have been regulars at this wonderful addition to Fallbrook’s Dining options! Jesse Garg, its owner, goes out of his way to satisfy whatever you culinary requirements are! Recently my wife had hip surgery so we had been housebound. We called Jesse and ordered our favorites from his Italian menu, having a neighbor/friend pick them up. So, without having to go there, we got to enjoy La Cucina’s wonderful food!

Worst Meatball sandwich ever! It was on a mini bun served w fries. Awful. Pizza not good at all. Soggy crust, very limp pizza. I knew something was going to be wrong when combining a Italian w Indian cuisine! Maybe they should just stick w Indian, or something they know.

We have been to this place many times since it has opened and Tamara by far has been the best waitress we have ever had I will be looking for her the next time I come in and request her table she rocks and the lavender Martini she made that is the best I've had in a long time

It sounds too good to be true—authentic Indian and Italian food under one roof—but this restaurant blew me away! I loved the saag aloo and matar mushroom curries, and other members of my family raved about the ravioli and capellini. The staff/owners are so friendly and accommodating. I will come back here every time I visit Fallbrook. What a gem!

Picked up some Indian take out the other night when I just couldn't get it together to cook 🤣. Delicious food and honestly a fair price for Indian (which tends to run on the high side in general IMO). Super friendly staff, will be back next time the craving hits. Love that we are getting more options in Fallbrook!
