This place has gone down hill for a while now. Has massive leaks on roof so don't go there when it's raining. The vast majority of the staff hates been there and they ignore you a much as possible. Why even have a pizza portal if they don't even load the pizzas there? I would say I had 1 good interaction there in probably 2 years.Their stuff is not even that cheap anymore so they lost that angle for their sales. Combine that with horrible staff and it becomes a why even bother going there anymore.

Had ordered the slices and sticks for me and my best friend for dinner. What are the slices? My question too. The dough was raw and soggy…The pizza was stuck to the cardboard and cut horribly. We have been to this location so many times, never had a problem this is just horrible. The pizza itself is just not edible. The cheese Is not even melted, never again.

They don't answer their phone at all ever for any reason Customer Service is horrible and the employees all have a chip on their shoulder. Worst little Caesars in America. I googled Little Caesars corporate information to file a complaint and they have a one.4 google review rating surprise surprisethe only reason they can even keep that business open is because their pizzas decent and it's super cheap horrible horrible, horrible, horrible customer service at the Fallbrook California location. It needs new ownership and new management and all new employees.

Nobody expects much from Little Caesars....but undercooked chewy breadsticks, cold (not even warm, cheese was hard) pizza AND the girl behind the counter was a (something that rhymes with punt, but all capitals) with the personality of a snail. You guys need to get it together....

I love my local Little Caesars Pizza. They had the new Veggie Deep Dish Pizza which is so delicious! Finally got the The Most Cheesiest a try and still pretzel crust one we got the time before. The staff is always wonderful and a joy to tell I'll be right back I have to go to the dollar store or the grocery outlet while I wait for my pizza.Kid-friendliness: We can easily get veggie pizza and cheese pizza without the hustle

Michele Perez needs to be fired or given some severe training…she will mean mug a line as they come in like it’s their fault they want their product…I’m sorry but ghetto hood attitudes have no place in customer service even at a Little Caesar’s. Either she’s high or hates her life but either way PUT HER IN THE BACK OR GET HER OUT PLEASE! I have personally seen her give attitude and make rude remarks to customers as well as myself several times when asking about online orders or even questions about the menu. If you’re picking up for a doordash/ubereats order, she’s even more rude and the only one at the front register. The whole PM staff needs to be trained on customer service if she’s the only one allowed at the front register, which again there are two and it doesn’t matter how busy they are, she will be the only one up front…mean muggin for no apparent reason.
