Sue, our server was the highlight of our visit…friendly, energetic, and attentive. Our coffee cups were never left empty. The food was fantastic - I had the Ireland Skillet dish (corn beef hash with 3 eggs) and it was delightfully delicious!

First time at Main Street Cafe and did not disappoint. The service was great. Our server Melissa was super nice. The food was hot and served just right. Even our dog enjoyed his burger. We sat in the front outdoor patio and enjoyed the cool weather. Definitely will be back.

This was our first time here, Sue our waitress was amazing, friendly and just the kind of waitress people would love. The food is really good, I mean everything that was on our plates was delicious, we travel a lot, this is now a must place to eat every time we are here. I highly recommend eating here you will love it.
Main street cafe...that's correct. It is located along the main street in Fallbrook downtown. But NO. They should named the Main cafe! Main cafe of the Fallbrook! It was my first time eat Skillet. The staff explained me what skillet is and she recommended me the Taco Skillet. She was correct. I like it.

Bummer. This used to be good place to grab a bite to eat. Sadly, Chris has passed away, and so has his good restaurant. Service was just OK. The food was not pleasing. In our party of two we had BLT with side salad and a cob salad. The side salad arrived with frozen/wilted lettuce, slimy cucumbers, and icky tomatoes. Had to be sent back. the replacement was slightly better. The cob salad was fair, but had a bunch of wilted lettuce and one of the cucumbers was uneatable. This place is not cleanly. They appear to use dirty rags to wipe off dirty tables. There was some trash on the floor. The staff may have washed their hands in the restroom, I can only hope. They certainly didn't use the sink located by the cash register to wash up.
