HIRE MORE PEOPLE! I've had to leave this place three times because there is a line out to the street. I have not had to deal with that at any other McDonald's location. I'm sure you're losing a lot of business because of this.

Every time I come to this McDonald’s they almost my order 100% of the time. My son does not like cheese on his burger just likes the meat and the bun. So we usually check the burger, but this time when I checked it, I didn’t realize that the cheese was underneath the bun, I was hungry and decided to eat it since my son had already touched the burger and realized that there was cheese on it. When I went back around to get the correct order, the manager demanded that I give her the other burger in order to replace it. I found that very alarming, considering that our hands had been all over it and my child even had taken a bite into it. I don’t understand why they would want a hamburger that’s been touched.

While I know fast food prices have been going up non stop pretty much everywhere. Why is it that the food quality even for fast junk food has gone down so much as well? Fries were under cooked quite alot and zero salt on them. Both drinks of different flavors where water down alot as well.
I had stopped coming here for years do to the poor value they offered, came here on impulse and it was a good reminder to not comeback again.

I found a false eyelash I’m guessing in my cheeseburger and told them and they tried to blame it on my wife’s jacket which is a completely different texture and she doesn’t wear false lashes also the false eyelash was in the patty so that was not possible. I was going to take a picture but she took the cheeseburger too fast and threw it before I could… would not come here again and suggest no one else does either. Especially she kept looking at my wife for blame… the employees name was covered but she was a manager I believe. But yeah wouldn’t suggest coming here 🤢🤢🤮

This place is always clean... When I ask for a refill on my coffee it's always fresh... Nice smiles and always a good morning... To start the day right I am there at 6am .. Thank you crew at Fallbrook McDonald's....
Parking: Easy drive up parking nothing crazy...
Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome.. computer games on the side table..
Wheelchair accessibility: I had to use a chair for over a year easy use even in the restroom. I am in handicap sometimes now but regular parking is just a good. Great layout of the facility...
I order food at 2:59 and it came at 3:55 but I got the WRONG order then the kind driver went back and then I received my actual order but then when I started to check the food it was COLD ICE COLD 0/10 never order from this location again!!!!!

The rumors are true the ice cream machine is always broken down at mysterious times. Also don’t bother trying to get any kind of special toy or collectible items. Some how those are already sold out an hour after they open and the day they got it. Also just an fyi if you order breakfast and are waiting for it past 10:30 they will give you a free meal card instead of your food.
