I was craving French fries. Stopped at MacDonald's and got a Fish Fila combo with a Dr. Pepper and light tartar sauce. My French fries were old, cold and greasy. My Dr. Pepper was watery, and the Fila O Fish was just as old as the fries. The only they got right was the light tartar sauce. This has to be the worse MacDonald's in San Diego County. I can safely say the food was not appealing and my craving for French fries has been tarnish by the gross #8 meal from MacDonald's. I will be going back there for anything! I would have submitted some photos. But I discarded the food before writing this review. Besides, the pictures would have given you "PTSD" Post Traumatic Stomach Disorder!

My husband and I come here quite frequently as we live nearby. The past 5 times we have gone through the drive thru we have been greeted by the friendly face of Rose. She always has the biggest smile and is super helpful. Everyone that goes to McDonalds already has their own opinions on the food so I am only reviewing it for the superb service of this one individual. Thank you Rose for always smiling. Never stop being you ❤️

HIRE MORE PEOPLE! I've had to leave this place three times because there is a line out to the street. I have not had to deal with that at any other McDonald's location. I'm sure you're losing a lot of business because of this.

Every time I come to this McDonald’s they almost my order 100% of the time. My son does not like cheese on his burger just likes the meat and the bun. So we usually check the burger, but this time when I checked it, I didn’t realize that the cheese was underneath the bun, I was hungry and decided to eat it since my son had already touched the burger and realized that there was cheese on it. When I went back around to get the correct order, the manager demanded that I give her the other burger in order to replace it. I found that very alarming, considering that our hands had been all over it and my child even had taken a bite into it. I don’t understand why they would want a hamburger that’s been touched.

While I know fast food prices have been going up non stop pretty much everywhere. Why is it that the food quality even for fast junk food has gone down so much as well? Fries were under cooked quite alot and zero salt on them. Both drinks of different flavors where water down alot as well.
I had stopped coming here for years do to the poor value they offered, came here on impulse and it was a good reminder to not comeback again.
