I am updating this review because today on December 11, 2025 I did a pick up order and used the drive-through option and whoever was the Voice that greeted and did orders on the drive-through at around 8:00 AM made me smile and was the best ever drive-through guy I have ever seen at McDonald's he was very happy enthusiastic and pleasant and my order was perfect fresh and now I have a whole new outlook on this particular McDonald's in Fallbrook off ammunition good job and the drive-through guy should be getting a raise

Restroom totally contaminated and with terrible smell. Dirty. Not well cared and maintained. Disgusting. Specially for the size of this brand. You should be cleaning at least every hour. And if you are receiving homeless that don’t care about hygiene, install keypads on doors.
If they don’t care restroom, imagine the food.

Terrible food served cold pancakes.They don't have any butter or strawberry jam.The place is filthy, the restroom.I think the porto potty is better than the restrooms.They have dirty restrooms at that mcdonald's stinks!

Waiting 15+ minutes at the pick-up counter for a mobile order is ridiculous. Not even approached or asked to be helped after standing at the counter for that time. After deciding it'd be faster to go to the drive thru for help, turns out they didn't even have the order... Had to get it basically re-ordered at the window and then wait for it to be ready. Whole ordeal took over half an hour.

Very long wait in the drive thru. I ordered on the app, went to the drive thru and when I finally got to the window I had to wait a long time. They didn't even include the drink. I had to ask and there was no apology. Won't return.

I was craving French fries. Stopped at MacDonald's and got a Fish Fila combo with a Dr. Pepper and light tartar sauce. My French fries were old, cold and greasy. My Dr. Pepper was watery, and the Fila O Fish was just as old as the fries. The only they got right was the light tartar sauce. This has to be the worse MacDonald's in San Diego County. I can safely say the food was not appealing and my craving for French fries has been tarnish by the gross #8 meal from MacDonald's. I will be going back there for anything! I would have submitted some photos. But I discarded the food before writing this review. Besides, the pictures would have given you "PTSD" Post Traumatic Stomach Disorder!
