Lilly handled few rough customers in such professional manner and Emma was great in the check out , both went above and beyond to guarantee exceptional service - you don’t see that everyday - these 2 employees big good things coming their way

Terrible customer service (like these people need to go back to basic training to learn the basics bad), and you shouldn’t skimp people on food just because you guys close in an hour and only have select foods 2 hours before you close because you want to get out on time. YOUR ADVERTISED OPEN TILL 10 and should serve what you promise to serve till that time. plus why would you have not enough food when even I can think ahead and say yeah we’re Panda Express we will probably have a rush about an hour before we close. Anyone can come to that conclusion. Sad there’s just lazy people all over this place and town now. So Congrats! because you’re lazy and slow you’ve earned yourselves a complaint to corporate as well!

Too busy to greet me or respond to me the first three times I spoke. The male employee , Al continued to ignore me. The female finally said we will be right with you. There was no one else at the counter. After several minutes the female employee assisted me.

Monserrad is rude and unfriendly. She seems annoyed that you’re there trying to order your food and spends forever just talking to her friends instead of helping you while you awkwardly standing there waiting for her to finish her conversation before she gets to you.

and every dang time it is a huge disappointment. Tonights order i asked for broccoli EXTRA and no beef guess what the fk they sent? 3 pieces of damn broccoli and no meat , at least send the meat i payed for! Its so expensive!!! My kung pao came with a whole portion of chillies in the kung pao chicken sauce, a piece of chicken , and one tiny piece of zucchini!? Nah y'all are dead ass wrong for that $25 dollars for food and you people send this???. Y'all act like the food is coming out of ur own pockets. You people make it hard to support businesses in our small town. The heck with ya’ll.
Food is good, pick up process could be better and they act like you are stealing food and want you to give them your phone number or show them the order (no one else was in the restaurant). No Beyond orange chicken at this location!

We were helped by Jasmine tonight. And she was absolutely amazing. So sweet! Apologetic that the Rangoons were going to take a 2 minutes for them to be fresh! She was AMAZING! We will be back because of her!!!
We came here for a quick dinner and ordered on the app on the way. It wasn't quite ready when we arrived, so they offered us complementary beverages. Great service! My sons loved their meals. My beef was a little chewier than it usually is but still very tasty.
The food and service at this location was on point. I feel bad for the employees having to deal with a rude customer named Michelle. She phone ordered and stood there scowling at everyone. Probably a regular and the staff handled it well.

I also felt rushed to order. I ordered food, but it was given to another person, and I ended up with their order instead. I'm really disappointed—especially since I live on base, and my husband was sad and upset that the food wasn’t what he wanted. When I called to explain the issue, the lady on the phone was condescending and explained the situation in a rude way (I get it, mistakes happen). However, she refused to give me her name, even though I asked for it. I plan to go back soon, and I hope the experience improves. If it does, I’ll update this review. Side note: Always check the bag.

Nah bruh a maggot in my food, threw it all away. I wish I was making this up, instead I'm making a quesadilla. 40 bux down the drain I was offered another meal but I want my refund and I don't think I'll ever eat at this location. That's pretty bad. I was cool about it but that's puke worthy.
