I also felt rushed to order. I ordered food, but it was given to another person, and I ended up with their order instead. I'm really disappointed—especially since I live on base, and my husband was sad and upset that the food wasn’t what he wanted. When I called to explain the issue, the lady on the phone was condescending and explained the situation in a rude way (I get it, mistakes happen). However, she refused to give me her name, even though I asked for it. I plan to go back soon, and I hope the experience improves. If it does, I’ll update this review. Side note: Always check the bag.

Vegetarian options: Steam vegetable but may contain chicken broth. Vegetable egg roll , cream cheese fry wonton , egg fried rice and chao mein.
Dietary restrictions: Many times due to my disability I need to have scissors or some additional device to assist me in consuming "broccoli" due to lockjaw and mouth opening issues; the worker was very kind who had compassion for me and fulfilled my request to please include more of the green leaves and cabbage in the steamed greens. The best times in life are when people actually care from the heart about the experiences of others.

Panda has always been super tasty to me but this time around I want to appreciate the staff of this location! Been there 2 times and both times i've gotten some incredible service! This is the third time in a row or something similar like this has happened and I had to leave this review. I ordered a broccoli beef and got a ton of broccoli but no beef. You drive home and that's what you find.
The workers here seem like they are not paying attention to when they're filling the dish.

Not a win at all. This evening was not a good impression at all. I asked for food and waited for it a long time to be made only to find out it wasn't put in the bag. When I came back the lady.manger on duty didn't resolve my issue but instead met "me half way" with a gift card. I ask for the food and want given what I asked. The portions weren't reasonable at all as well. The associate Pedro with a black hat never made an effort to get us the food we asked for. He didn't vouch for us when we were there one minute ago and never gave a receipt absolutely unacceptable.

Somehow panda has become a value as most fast food places jacked up their prices. A plate will run about $12 and has good portions.Service here is usually pretty good, if you order online just get there 5-10 minutes late. All my online orders have been behind by that much.

First of all, all I wanted to do was sample an on tray and a they said no. They said due to COVID they didn’t do it at this location!? Second, the flavored lemonade they have it under lock and key, for some reason and no free refills. The strawberry Fanta had no sweetener it had no flavor and Petrona G our cashier was so unfriendly and condescending. As if these people could do as they please and have no consequences.

Just stepped into panda. Worked with someone named Elianna. She was very fast. Very attentive. She was also making sure to talk to the people that were waiting in line And I had a big order and she managed to get it done in under three minutes. Quite impressive! Thanks again I will be stopping at this panda for sure just because of how fast everybody on the team seems to be. But shout out to Elianna.
