The food was amazing! Being from Westminster It is soooo hard to find GOOD PHO!!I They went above and beyond with service, I wanted to add to my order and the door dasher left without the second half of the order and they delivered it to me themselves when they did not have to. They were so nice. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be eating here again

Love Photastic! Spring rolls are amazing from here and I've been known to have delivery of them as well as their pho, which is all fresh, loads of veggies, yummy tofu. They had The Office on the TV and A-ha playing while I waited for my take out this last time. They consistently serve great food, have a clean restaurant, and friendly service. Will be back!

They were candid about their past as a restaurant and seem to be doing well after the ownership change. The food is great, no complaints anywhere. We will be coming back!

What a hidden gem. From being used to eating “ok” pho spot, I landed at this spot which serves a perfect blend of service and quality for the value of their food. Highly recommended!
I just ordered the lemongrass stir fry. The meat was seasoned well. The amount of food they gave for $17 felt like a rip off. My bowl wasn’t even a quarter of the way filled. Vet disappointed with the portion size. Will not be back.

Such a great find in Fallbrook. Pho Tastic is fantastic. We have been meaning to give this place a try and so happy we did. The restaurant sits near Major Market in a shopping plaza with loads of parking. The restaurant is bright and clean with plenty of comfortable seating options. Menus in hand and cold water at the table we place our order of shrimp spring rolls to share and then we both opted for the large chicken pho. It is 12:30 and the restaurant is packed. Servers all have smiles on their faces, courteous and very helpful. Spring rolls arrive followed shortly by the hot chicken pho. I sample the pho broth and am impressed by the clean yet vibrant flavors it possessed. The spring roll was incredibly fresh and the peanut sauce was bursting with flavor. The sauce and roll was a match made in heaven. I added herbs and chili oil to my pho and began my adventure to flavor town. It was indeed a first class experience as every bite and every slurp were delicious. The noodles were so good and the chicken was perfect, no gristle, no fat, no skin and no damn bones. Just fresh chicken. There is not many choices for pho in Fallbrook. Not to be concerned because Pho Tastic is one of the best Pho restaurants in all North San Diego County. Yes, it is worth the drive.

I ordered some pho and spring rolls and then got home and realized fresh rolls. The family who owns the business had posted a sign to close early that day, which I saw as soon as I’d drove back. I looked in the window of the closed business and literally 4 employees and owners came out of the depths of the parking lot to see what I needed. I explained my situation and they all waiting until my order was fixed. The new owners are very nice and their employees are amazing too! I will absolutely return and am happy to be giving them business!
