Today sep. 14 2025 I spoke to a lady over the phone, I was trying to order my food to come and pick it up and come back to my store because I only take 30 min break, the lady that attended me was too rude, I am sorry if you were having a bad day but it's not my fault, I own several business in Fallbrook and I wouldn't got to where I'm at if it wasn't because I train my workers to keep the best customer service., I highly recommend customer service training for the workers at Pizza Hut. For now you just let a client go.

The pizza was really delicious but come on pizza hut why u guys charge for paper plates and Chile powder and cheese almost every thing Damm that’s sad how Pizza Hut don’t care about Thor coustmers

$2 extra for extra olives…this isn’t even a normal amount. Funny they can charge $7 for a delivery then you be to tip and they have the audacity to charge extra and not deliver what was ordered

I had a party in which the guests weren’t to happy when I said the Pizza would be Pizza Hut. Boy were they surprised. They loved the pizza and my request to double cut was done and made the difference. Thank you RYAN your customer service was above and beyond ?

Now!!! NO Ranch sauce with any size order of Buffalo Wings.. then I askd bout cheese & peppers? I was advised that I could buy their containers, but NO MORE with my order!! Thats being pretty cheap,.I have loved Your Pies since I was a child.. but this is ridiculous!!
Well placed, next to Majors and the water store (also a gym if you feel guilty) quick service and classic Pizza hut flavors.

I only really one complaint,and that is your pizzas have gotten dramatically smaller and you don't have enough specials with a 2 med or lrg or small pizza offers
