The reviews are all true! Their Verde salsa is to die for. After trying the verde salsa with my chips I made sure to get an entre that was smothered in the stuff - enchiladas. The beef enchilada was delicious. The beef was tender and fall apart. The cheese enchilada was good, but definitely outdone by the beef. My husband got the california burrito and really enjoyed it. The ratio of carne asada to fries was spot on.
I would drink that verde salsa it was so good!

I recently had lunch at this fantastic Mexican restaurant with a few coworkers, and while I didn’t snap any photos (I was too busy enjoying the moment), I couldn’t let the experience go without sharing a few words.

I ordered the 2 cheese enchiladas combo, which came with rice and beans, and wow, the portions were generous! The enchiladas were served on big plates, piping hot and smothered in rich, melty cheese that had just the right amount of tang and creaminess. The rice was fluffy, the beans were hearty, and everything tasted fresh and homemade.

To drink, I had a Mexican Coke, which had a noticeably smoother and more natural sweetness compared to the regular kind, probably thanks to the cane sugar. It paired perfectly with the meal.

The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a great spot for a midday break with coworkers. I’ll definitely be coming back when the next opportunity rolls around. If you're craving authentic Mexican food with generous portions and great flavor, this place is worth a visit!

Great little local Mexican restaurant. Very nice servers and staff. It’s definitely a budget restaurant but the food was solid and worth a try. There’s a large patio for sitting outside on a nice day.

Been eating here since 1990 when I move to fallbrook and now every time I get back I have to go. I agree with everyone else that green sauce is the best I've ever had, and I love the flautas

California burrito wasn't that flavorful, too many fries and not enough sour cream, tortilla was over cooked and dry

Service was slow today. Alot of new faces. New cook. Food not very good. I always order machaca, I took it home and threw it away. If you have children don't ask to put them in their high chairs. So dirty, you could see them from our table. There's a question that asks. How long did you wait for a table, We sat ourselves. Then waited for someone to acknowledge us. And come to our table.

Waiting for our takeout food inside, they offered chips and salsa with water. The food was amazing. I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito and my gf ordered a cali burrito. Her order was huge and mine was decent size. The flavor made up for it though. Especially the chorizo burrito and red sauce together makes a wonderful combination.

Authentic Mexican Food for sure!!! First time here and will come back for sure. I had a wet Carne Asada Burrito with beans and rice. Excellent quality! Owners are super friendly and this is family owned and operated so we need to support our local businesses. Next time I am trying Shrimp in Garlic....

We used to like Rosa's but after having poor service, high prices and having to get up to be waited on just put Rosa's at our do not return list. We paid $54+ for the 2 beef taco plate with two iced teas! Where's the beef is a good explanation and that we had to get up to get waited on. We were the only ones outside and 4 were inside. No excuse. They raised this combo in 6 weeks $4 and no telling what the drinks went up to. The menu in March showed iced tea at $4 which is already high. Ridiculous prices, poor service (bad attitude), and a truck stop atmosphere that can't come close to other restaurants nearby..bye..bye
P/S I wouldn't have given it any stars if I could..don't go here..
