Every time i get a drink here its not mixed properly, the baristas will know it looks like crap and still give it you.The drinks look and taste like a toddler made them, definitely not worth the prices they charge.

I had the best experience today with the drive-thru server. I ordered the wrong size coffee and she took care of it, and went the extra mile to get me what I wanted . That's the kind of service that I look for. I work in the service industry too, so I appreciate it.

Now I went to buy some coffee at the drive-thru and they never gave me straws, how do they think I'm going to drink it? They're a big chain, they should focus more on customer service.

This is by far the nicest Starbucks I've been to! The employees seem happier here and it's a much more relaxed environment on the inside compared to other Starbucks. The atmosphere is lovely except the bright overhead lights and the chairs vibrate a little much, maybe because cars in the drive through?

This morning's experience at the drive-thru was incredibly frustrating -- and sadly, not the first time I've had a bad encounter at this location. I usually try to give them the benefit of the doubt because there are some kind and friendly employees here. But today was enough to push me to write this. I always try to be polite and ask how people are doing, and there's one particular employee who consistently replies with a flat, disinterested "I'm alright." It comes across like she clearly doesn't want to be there -- not exactly a warm or welcoming vibe first thing in the morning. While I was placing my order, she kept saying "what else?" -- even though I was clearly done. It felt like she either wasn't paying attention or just wasn't listening. Then at the window, I only received my drinks -- no food, no explanation, just a quick "That's it." I had to park and go inside to ask for my sandwich. The girl at the counter didn't greet me or offer any kind of help -- just, "Do you know what you ordered?" And she looked at me like I was bothering her. Another employee repeated the same question, as if I was the one who made the mistake. No one apologized. No one took responsibility. The lack of basic courtesy, active listening, and accountability is incredibly frustrating. Mistakes happen, but the way they're handled makes all the difference -- and unfortunately, that part is seriously lacking here. I'd rather give my money to other businesses and not waste your time here. Especially when their demographic of customers are service members. RIDICULOUS
