I had the best experience today with the drive-thru server. I ordered the wrong size coffee and she took care of it, and went the extra mile to get me what I wanted . That's the kind of service that I look for. I work in the service industry too, so I appreciate it.
This is by far the nicest Starbucks I've been to! The employees seem happier here and it's a much more relaxed environment on the inside compared to other Starbucks. The atmosphere is lovely except the bright overhead lights and the chairs vibrate a little much, maybe because cars in the drive through?
Comfy atmosphere. The music choices are pretty bland, but is a nice place to study with a pair of headphones. Sometimes they'll make my coffee too cold, but they always warm it up. Overall it's a pretty good Starbucks.
