The employee named Kai working at Starbucks inside Albertsons was extremely rude, dismissive, and had terrible customer service. The female employee (I think her name is April) took my order and he made it incorrectly. He said he would remake it and he made it incorrectly again, but then refused to make it correctly. Always friendly and helpful staff, regardless of how busy the store is.
It struck me again yesterday, as every week during the quarantine, how cordial and accommodating the staff are throughout the store. They always have been, but they're quarantined, too, and they've maintained it throughout. Strong work!
