I stood in the lobby today prepared to order both a beverage and food I stood there for almost ten minutes without even one employee acknowledging I was even there There was no line I left without ordering anything I called to speak with the manager to share my experience. The manager refused to give me her name until I put some pressure on and I don't know if she was being honest about it. Emily??? Fallbrook needs a better Taco Bell

Dont waste your money ordering extra meat at this Taco Bell. I asked for extra steak in a bowl and it was like they hardly did 1 scoop, other then that the food was good just dont waste your money on that.

Why is it that anytime I go here the order is incorrect? I had to go back and get what was left out. Even when I went back and stood at the counter waiting for someone to help, no one did. I had to call for an employee. This is the last time I go here.

It took 23 minutes for the order I placed with their app to be ready. They knew I was standing their waiting for my order and pushed drive thru after drive thru customer ahead of me. The guy at the counter was apologetic, but the manager was beyond rude and dismissive.

This location has made a lot of improvement over the past year. A few months ago it didn't matter what time of day or how big or small my order was it was always wrong. It should matter more whether customers are getting the right order than how fast they get through the drive-threw. But here lately they've been able to get everything right and have fast and positive service

Garbage, the hard tacos crumbled like dried leaves as soon as i touched them. That alone is enough for a 1 star.
I usually only leave reviews when the staff was exceptional. Went through the drive-thru a few nights ago and Tristan was just awesome and gave off great energy and made it an experience to order. Most jobs like these are stressful and time to time people don't seem very passionate at their jobs, Tristan displayed the total opposite and I loved it

For a Taco Bell being un Fallbrook CA it sure is run down. Seat are ripped and covered with Duct Tape. Also, there is Low Life Graffiti on the vinyl seat material. Other than that, food was good but overpriced. Service was fast.
