It took 23 minutes for the order I placed with their app to be ready. They knew I was standing their waiting for my order and pushed drive thru after drive thru customer ahead of me. The guy at the counter was apologetic, but the manager was beyond rude and dismissive.

This location has made a lot of improvement over the past year. A few months ago it didn't matter what time of day or how big or small my order was it was always wrong. It should matter more whether customers are getting the right order than how fast they get through the drive-threw. But here lately they've been able to get everything right and have fast and positive service

I usually only leave reviews when the staff was exceptional. Went through the drive-thru a few nights ago and Tristan was just awesome and gave off great energy and made it an experience to order. Most jobs like these are stressful and time to time people don't seem very passionate at their jobs, Tristan displayed the total opposite and I loved it

I had ordered a door dash order late night for a sleepover and I was missing items! I was told that I would have to drive to the restaurant to pick up my incomplete order! RIDICULOUS!!!

For a Taco Bell being un Fallbrook CA it sure is run down. Seat are ripped and covered with Duct Tape. Also, there is Low Life Graffiti on the vinyl seat material. Other than that, food was good but overpriced. Service was fast.
Honestly Iām not the person to ever write reviews but I came from work late and I wanted some Taco Bell near home. I see that it closes at 12am so I still have time to order a meal. It is 11:35-40pm and I was there waiting and waiting looking at the workers inside ignore my car in the drive through. I pull up to window and everyone at of no where just ādisappearedā. I even went around twice and still got ignored for more than 8 minutes then I drove off to McDonald WHO closes at 12am too and still took my order. From my work experience we never close early only the time scheduled, then we start cleaning after closed and take any customer even in the last minute. Thatās called great customer service. I just donāt think itās an appropriate work ethic. I know they at least had 5 minutes or less to take my mf order.

I just went to taco bell in Fallbrook. My crunch wraps was inedible. It was soggy and not crunchy at all. The tacos were also old. I honestly believe they used the food from the trash bin under the counter. The burritos were ok. My taco had clearly been reheated or keep under a heat lamp because I couldn't even get the taco and wrapper separated. I'm a giant fan of taco bell and this was by far the worst meal I've ever gotten. I got 3 burritos, 3 tacos and a crunch wrap and it was 24.00 what the heck. I also belive something is up at that store because it was so expensive and the food was horrible
