Coal Bunker is always a go to when needing someone else to cook. The food and service is so consistent. The food is ridiculously good. Coalbunker is wonderful. Scratch-made deliciousness with great beverage (alcoholic and non alc) options. The chef team puts great care into their food - you won’t be disappointed with any items on the menu. I appreciate their scratch made ingredients and no seed oils. Also, they really support the community so it’s a win-win! The restaurant is in a cool historic building in downtown Fallbrook with cool train history too, so it’s a great vibe.
