Charming Little establishment, with kind staff. Great food choices for all pallettes and good cafe style coffee. Truly a hidden Fallbrook Gem.

The coffee here is great and so is the atmosphere but the avocado toast was a huge let down. I ordered the bruschetta avocado toast but The kitchen was out of sourdough so i was given a small bagel instead. But the problem was in the fact I was given maybe 5 pieces of hard unripe avocados and a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella. Very underwhelming avocado toast from the “avocado capital”

The tables were dirty... the food was good. But the chai and hot chocolate tasted like warm milk. It's usually on-point. Hoping it was just a bad day.

I wanted to make this my regular Monday full-day work/hang-out spot. Parking is easy, the atmosphere is great, and the customers are kind.

I came here for over 7 weeks, but unfortunately, there have been too many times when they have been out of the tea I wanted, out of ingredients and/or bread of meals I wanted to order, and not added names to the cups, making it not very clear which drink is mine.

My last straw was when I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Chai, and it tasted strongly of espresso. I prefer to stay away from espresso, as it can make me overly shakey on an empty stomach. Caffeine with tea is fine, but espresso is too much.

When I asked if they accidentally put coffee in it and showed the drink color was a dark espresso color, they first asked me if I took someone else's drink (because they are not names on the cups), and I told them I specifically made sure to wait and listen for my name. They denied that it had espresso in it and said they would make me another one.

Unfortunately, at this point, it was my last straw, and I was done. I said no and said it was fine. I was in the middle of a meeting, and I didn't want to discuss it longer or wait longer. I threw it away and ended up in tears, losing my money and leaving empty handed.

I will not be returning to this establishment again. On Mondays, I will visit another coffee shop with my business.

The restaurant was practically empty when we arrived and we ordered 2 bunny bowls and a slice of monkey toast, after a few minutes the toast came which was delicious, just a little pricey of 6 dollars for a small piece. After 30 minutes our bowls were still not done and when we got up to ask about it they weren't even prepared or in the process of! Im not sure if it's because we were the only POCs in the room or what but the baristas could definitely use an attitude change, they gave unpleasant stares :/ I was trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt but they suck! Will not be coming back. But I would like to note there was one worker who was very sweet and was helpful over the situation! Ty!

Just tried the arctic americano and it was perfectly made. Delicious blend of honey/vanilla, not too heavy not too sweet. I did not catch the barista's name but she did a great job ?

Ordered a Mocha, Good Morning Wrap, and a Cherry Turnover. Great service, nice setting, and awesome food. If you are a lover of Cherry Turnovers...this place is a must try! All the food selections I ordered were perfectly portioned (not too large) and tasted great ??.

This is a quaint little coffee shop in the middle of a small town. Their coffee is really good and I don't say that about a lot of coffee shops

Parking: A few spots on the street and a few spots in the lot. If it’s busy park in back behind the pub.

Wheelchair accessibility: Entrances from the sidewalk and the parking lot but it’s fallbrook.

The Hearth is my new favorite spot for organic matcha lattes and the occasional pastry. (Pure matcha is used, not the kind with added sugars and fillers)
The barisitas are always so welcoming and friendly, especially the human that gives a compliment to everyone that walks in!
The atmosphere is open and airy with plants in almost every corner, chess boards, and plenty of books to read!

Bonus Tip: If you bring in your own cup, you'll get a discount!

Edit: I ordered the crossiant breakfast taco without the bacon, and it was delcious ?. My friend ordered the same taco but kept the bacon. She loved hers as well.

Vegetarian options: Always fresh pastries to choose from, a few veggie egg dishes, acai bowl, yogurt parfait, avo toasts, and newly added Waffles
All lattes can be made with non dairy milk.
