Great American Diner. We were on a trip to Sequoia. Was recommended by an Exter local for breakfast. It did not disappoint. Clean reasonable prices great breakfast. I am sure lunch is good as well. Really cool Dukes of Hazard theme and memorabilia on walls. Super friendly locals. Highly recommended

Don’t waste your time or money! If you want Boss Hoggs, it will only live in your memory.
Food was okay after we finally got it but nothing special for the price or wait. The coffee was watered down and I hardly got a refill. The new owner really has let this place go downhill, it’s nothing like it was before.
This new staff is like watching chickens with their heads cut off. They have no clue and try to run around, but are still SLOW! Our waitress Katie got irritated over a simple question and made me feel uncomfortable.
Definitely will not be back and I will let everyone know this place is not the same!

Wanted my classic club sandwich and chilli really hard thing to mess up and find around here….
it seems like there’s barley any mom and pops restaurants sad to see this one go down the drain too they made some changes definitely will not buy anything from here again it’s basic food that shouldn’t take much effort to taste authentic and stick traditional recipes……..

Food was very overpriced for what we got and had no seasoning. It was clean though and seemed newer.

Omelets and waffles are superb! They have fresh-squeezed orange juice (small or large), delicious flaky biscuits and gravy, and nicely browned potatoes. Well worth the drive over.

Takes way too long to get a simple breakfast order. Make sure you have at least an hour or two to spend here.
