I recently had a medical Crisis where I walked from Exeter to Visalia, I stopped at the Farmersville location, dying of thirst, sweating from the heat about to pass out, and I asked the cashier for a water cup strictly for water and she refused to give me water even though the condition I was in was pretty bad she had said that I needed to buy something for water and when I said OK, thank you and left. She turned to a coworker and laughed and thought it was funny because of the condition I was in, and I was asking for water, even though it was an emergency situation I was in. I was still refused. I will no longer be purchasing food at this location. They have lost my business for life

If I can leave zero stars, I would. my daughter and her friend and my nephew walked in first and they were already ordering. I walked in and then my dad who is elderly. My dad walked to restroom but then told me it’s locked he needed a code to use the restroom so I asked for the code and they said we can’t give you a code until you have a receipt, I said what is a receipt gonna do magically open the door or what she goes. Well, you have to buy something.. ma’am you see my daughter is clearly ordering and gonna pay for the stuff so my dad left his wallet on the counter and said here. I need to use the restroom. The short little manager came over cause she heard me and I started telling her what was going on because the cashier had told me there’s a note on the door that says that we need a receipt to use the restroom. There’s no note on the door and they proceeded to tell me that it was policy. I said, let me see your policy. The cashier didn’t have nothing to say. The manager was trying to explain to me that it is their policy. Then said the owner has it like that I said ma’am, my dad is elderly. he needs to use the restroom obviously we’re here to eat. My daughter is ordering my dad left his wallet on the counter, She opened the door!! I’m not gonna go back there again and support a business that runs like this and I still want to see that policy.lol Horrible place!!!

Rude employees and managers. Was given someone else’s order took it back to get a refund and they acted like they didn’t care
After work, I stop for breakfast croissant they charge me almost $15. It was a Lady with a Bad attitude when I was eating my hash brown, it was so hard. I almost break a tooth. I return to ask the lady if she can make me another one and she says no because she was really busy please people do not stop in this Jack-in-the-Box. They overcharge you food taste gross service horrible.🤮
