In the late evening and early morning they definitely need someone extra working bc it takes forever to get them to answer or hand the food out. Who's more important bc I thought it was customers who are busy to and just happen to stop and give you business and probably on their way to work and dont wanna be late and wanna enjoy their dinner before work or something.

This is not a good Jack in the box. Slow service would have been better than what we received. Food was not good. For the price of 36 dollars for 2 people, you expect the food to be decent .

Really bad experience here with food ordering did a order of 5 tacos and ended up with 4 tacos I called back to ask them about my 5th taco and the so called “lead” had some poor customer service, and a very nasty attitude this location is very poor including store manager to the district manager I never got a call back from this after filling a customer Survey shows how professional they call them selfs. I’m gonna call jack in the box HQ and address this type of customer service to them I would give them no stars but sadly I have put one

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible experience. There was food all over the floor, the manager wasn’t even around when I had a burger that was incorrect. I caught attitude and feared for the safety of the food I was eating. Tony is the manager off-duty smoking in his car.
Got food poisoning after eating here And service was really slow with no other customers in the vicinity at 10 am

Don’t even think about going here late or early in the morning. They’re always either closed because of their registers or giving you uncooked food. Two of the mangers at this location need better training or just different jobs.
