It's Jack in the box. Not much else to say except if you want tacos get the app. On the app they are 99 cents. Paying at the restaurant it's 2.99. Point is, only go for a craving. It's so over expensive it not worth it anymore.
If yelp provided zero star as an option for review, I would have chosen it. This place doesn't deserve a one star but no star. What ever happen to good customer service in this country? This fast food restaurant showed no considerations, lack of understanding down right apathetic. Now that the price of everything on the menu have almost quadrupled, I have no choice but to boycott all Jack in the Box especially this store. The price increase on their menu is so ridiculous it's supposed to be in responds to fast food minimum wage increasing to $20 per hour, it's unbelievable... Thank you for limiting my options. It's a good time and a good excuse to choose foods that are actually much healthier. I have had enough of fast food restaurants. The greed and selfishness of the franchise owners is going to be their undoing. Hopefully everyone stops going to fast food all together...

On 2/20/2024, at 3:50am I went to this Jack In The Box wanting jalapeño poppers, and after driving back home (approximately 20 mins) this is what was given to me? How is this acceptable to serve to anyone? It’s astonishing how incompetent a person has to be to not know an item is “overcooked.” It’s very disappointing and embarrassing that management at this establishment is allowing this quality of food to be served to people.

This place takes forever to have your order ready...I've been the only customer in the drive-thru several times and have waited more than 30 minutes..and they had no customers inside

Honestly Im shocked at how consistently this place gets your order wrong. There is no excuse when you have a manager taking orders. For the 10th time they messed up my order. Im not exaggerating. They are so so so bad. Ive never had my entire order when I come here. Im sure Ive lost at least 100$ in food. I shouldn’t have to drive all the way home and back every time I get food from here.
