Pretty much half the staff immature girls. Made my drink wrong then had some bs to say when I asked for it to be made right. Sorry your miserable and work at a cooffee shop especially on the holidays. But treat your customers better. Not our fault you live in a miserable little hole of a town. But there was One acrual woman who took it upon herself to make it and she made it right. I appreciate her! However, Definitely won't give my business to this Starbucks when im in town. CSMB!

Everyone is always so nice and I havnt gotten a wrong order before. The only gripe I have is I wish they would put sleeves on all the hot cups. I always have to ask for one when in the drive thru or get one myself. I have sensitive hands and the hot cup burns to hold without the sleeves. (Idk if its just me, cause when I do a pickup other cups have sleeves and mine never does 😅) but other than that everyone is always so sweet 🖤✨️

Honestly, I have a very particular order and I have only been able to get it here on the dot. I take the 15min drive from Woodlake just to get my coffee. They are so outstanding, the staff is so kind. I think they might know my order by heart. Thank you for always making my day. I appreciate the effort you put to get our drinks right so we can get our day started positively. 🫶🏼

This summer I started coming to work on my real estate stuff, the office can be a distraction so I chose Starbucks to get things done. The staff has been so amazing and friendly, sometimes I come twice a day and no matter what time I come they all so friendly and kind.

Hmmm where do I begin? This Starbucks and even a few others seem to always screw up my simple order each and every time. This one has not gotten it right in at least 3 months that I even stopped ordering it. I only ever come because of my wife or stepdaughter. I always order a Black Tea Lemonade with Sweetener. Its always missing one of 3 ingredients. To top it all off, last time weekend when I was there they even got my name wrong. SMH. Not sure what more to say other than stay away from this location.
As far as Starbucks go, this one was super clean, friendly, and provided a good cup of Joe.

I ordered my drink and asked for Carmel syrup in my drink the lady that took my order did that but also added Carmel drizzle which is .60 more and I did not ask for it. I waited for my order the guys that were making the orders were just talking and hanging out instead of making my drink and the other orders in the drive thru. I finally got my order and it tasted like hot water with a little bit of chocolate powder I went back in there and asked them to remake my drink because it was not made correctly and when I got my new drink it tasted the exact same hot water with some chocolate powder. I gave up and did not want to go back and ask them to remake it so I just threw it away because it was not drinkable. My friend also got her drink and it was also really watered down. Overall worst Starbucks I have ever been to.
