This morning I went to pick up an order and the cashier on duty was momentarily when I asked her for a cup holder and she even reluctantly gave it to me, not even a greeting or anything.

My cup.of coffe was only half full, the rest was foam, I shouldn't be surprised, they do the same with the cold drinks, is mostly ice. The breakfast sandwiches were so so, and they don't offer ketchup, really? The rest of the food was below average, the service not that great.

So drive thru employee couldn't tell me WHY venti white mocha frap was 6.95 instead of 4.95 (cause she just came back to work")?? Young long haired man in the background was shaking his head at me while she just tried to "silence" me with half truths AND untrue reasons, I ust to shut me up, then, a. Young lady came to the window and told me price was ALWAYS 6.95, which is NOT TRUE, up until TODAY I ALWAYS PAID 4.95 OR 5.25, SO THEY ARE VERY MUCH LYING to appease me to b believe
them, unacceptable, and will NEVER visit farmersville starbucks EVER AGAIN, AND.....I will tell ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY, THESE EMPLOYEES NEED TO HE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!very very unsatisfied!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frequent Customer I live in Farmersville Never experienced customer service like I have today not only did I order my drinks on the drive-thru, but I also got off and purchased a cup Spending over $50 only for me to wait another 25 minutes for my drinks inside When I asked, why were my drinks taking so long employee told me “you’re not the only one” When I asked for his name he mumbled making it hard for me to understand I asked him for his name, the second time and he smirk at me very rude customer service. As a local resident in Farmersville did not appreciate that customer service not only from him, but the store manager as well walking out not only she yelled Thank you and have a nice day found that really rude having name tags would HELP!

But who doesn't love Starbucks but the price of 650 for a venti drink is a bit pricey. I don't go as often unless I'm driving out of town and I treat myself. Otherwise it's coffee in a mug for me.
