I asked for one simple task and verified it at the window and it still didn’t happen. All I asked is that my cheese goes on after the meat, again a simple request (I was the only one at the drive thru). It didn’t happen and as usual as soon as I open the taco, the cheese just goes all over the paper. I know it’s not real cheese, but it’s not the point. The guy at the window was very nice tho And the taco wasn’t too bad. The worst part is I haven’t had a taco in probably five years. I just don’t do fast food anymore but I had a craving. 😁

I normally don't have any issues with the food but today it was inedible. The tortilla was so hard that I couldn't bite down into the burrito and the potatoes were even worse. If you can pay an upcharge on an item through the kiosk they should have it available or at least have a sign that they don't.

The team leader was cool, but the two girls there were extremely disrespectful. I ordered my food online and the laughed at me after I paid almost $20 and asked for water.... I felt uncomfortable eating my food there..... I wish they weren't there anymore because everyone has always been kind to me and had my food on time.... I never want to see them there again.... And they gave me a lot of burnt ends.... Why would you laugh and complain about someone asking for water, you get paid by the hour and my order was more than that. Stop gossiping and do your job.
