It's just a very good hamburger/sandwich joint. Nothing fancy, but very tasty. Dog friendly outdoor seating.

I chose this place based on the reviews and it did not disappoint so I had to make sure I give them a review. I had the pastrami sandwich and it was good my wife had the seafood chowder and man that was good and the appetizer crab cakes with the sauce oh my! That was so good. Definitely will be back and highly recommend this place!

Food ok, a step above Burger King. but not child friendly. They do However value older customers who prefer to day drink. Just do not expect good service if you bring children, they will not tolerate any child that is to loud or messy in or around the restaurant. Definitely not a place for children.

Visited 8/29/24 during lunch. The inside was simple and cute but So many things wrong with the food I could go on and on that you'd probably stop caring. Burnt/old bacon, untoasted but burnt toast? How does that happen? Service was a 2/10. We sat for almost 10 minutes before I had to go ask for some waters/ drinks. People who sat AFTER us got drinks and ordered their food before we even got waters! The waitress in the sunflower boots just felt like she didn't want to be our waitress, or even there at all. I really wanted to like this place as It was recommended by a local but maybe that's what was wrong, we weren't locals and everyone else who was around us were and they got fresh fries and smiles from the waitresses... we didn't.

The staff made excellent recommendations and everyone in our 4-person group was happy with their meals. More of a local spot because it's not easily seen from the street unless your looking for it. Will definitely eat here next time we visit which is 3-4 times a year.

We ordered a lunch BLT, a tuna melt (both with fries) and a bowl of chowder. Both sandwiches and the fries were excellent. And the prices were very reasonable for California.
The clam chowder was meh; not great but not bad. Eveything else was great. Recommended!
