My smoothie lid wasn't closed correctly and it spilled at my seat,not happy with that at all!! Call the store and there is nobody to resolve this..neither to ventilate my disappointment..

GETTING HERE: Jamba (Juice?) is located off the 126 Freeway in Fillmore. It's where the old Burger King used to be right off the highway.REVIEW: I am rather shocked at the negative reviews, but I know it's usually hit/miss when you visit chain food locations. The times I have been here are through the drive-through, when I am on the way to the Burbank Airport or to spend the day touristing in L.A. The service has been good enough. A few times I have asked about their "most sour" drink as I need a good recommendation. I think this last time I had the "Strawberries Wild" (?) and it was excellent!I can't speak to the inside decor (yet) but when I do I will be sure to write an updated review. If you need something quick and refreshing to tide you over to your next stop, I recommend Jamba Juice. (Sorry I am an O.G.) :)

As the rest of the reviews - they get orders wrong.We ordered a small mango a gogo, a small cold brew, and pretzel. The cold brew was horrible, I had to pour it out. It was SO BITTER and didn't even taste like coffee. Idk how to describe it but I just couldn't. I drink cold brew almost everyday and this was hands down the worse. Avoid it. When we went to the window, the girl gave us our drinks and closed the window. We had to wave to get her attention and remind her about the pretzel. I want to come back to try a bowl, but am hesitant.

The service was great! The selection was surprisingly large since I have never been there. They were fast at greeting me and fast to give me my shake. They offered their opinions as to what they like. The shake I got was a little bitter, but great peach flavor . I'll go back, but maybe get something other then the peach smoothie

The servers were nice, and it was quick. But, worst greens n ginger I've ever had; barely any flavor, green water. Maybe a one time thing, or due to cutting back on quality. Don't know; not going back.

First Off I like Jamba Juice and have had good smoothies from this store but this one is just so inconsistent. I've gone through the drive through on two separate occasions and when I picked up at the window they gave me the wrong order. So then I have to wait for them to remake half my order. Today I used the mobile order and when I get there they didn't make it and claimed that the printer wasn't working so I had to wait for them to make my order. Which fine it happens so I waited because my kids needed something to hold them because they have a baseball game and haven't had dinner. If it wasn't for the fact that my açaí bowl was watery missing my whey protein and half the size of my wife's bowl I wouldn't have left this review. Not to mention my wife's was missing the honey. If you go make sure you have enough time to make them make your order the right way.

Disappointed!!! I would not recommend mobile ordering. Order is never ready at an acceptable time. Even if you go through the drive thru, make sure you give yourself extra time because they can never make anything in an appropriate, timely manner. I love Jamba Juice, but sadly wouldn't recommend this location.

My first time coming to this new Jamba Juice location and I. Will not be back!! Went thru the drive thru there was 1 car ahead of me and it took over 25 mins for my order. The worse part was before I ordered the employee asked me to wait so I did then the whole time I was waiting to order I could hear the employee cussing about the blenders not working!! I had my two young kids in the car and they were shocked and kept saying how the worker said the F word on the microphone!! Unbelievable!! So ghetto this is pathetic get better employees!!
