I liked the feel of this place. Super High cielings, lots of nice seating... long community tables and also individual tables. Pizza was really excellent. Beers were very good. I am more of a pilsner guy. Variety was solid. Prices were reasonable.
This was our first and last time at this brewery. We sat at the bar a long time before anyone acknowledged us. The first guy just walked off and never came back. Then Johnny walked up and after several minutes brought us menus. Then Chris walked up and never even acknowledged us. Finally after several minutes Johnny came back and took our order. Johnny never made conversation with us and they weren’t even busy. My husband went to pay, Johnny said it was a cashless business, no big deal. Then my husband asked about playing pinball and Johnny said, you’ll need cash for that, funny. My husband got out some dollar bills. Johnny said, Chris will give you change and walked off. Chris never smiled, talked or offered to help us. Finally a lady walked up and said hello. She gave him change. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough! Worse service ever!
Great brews, ciders, and seltzers. The pizza is really good, though a bit on the pricey side (as are most things anywhere). Bathrooms are super clean. Lots of events going on on different days of the week. This place could really become a centerpiece of the community. My only criticism of this place is that it can get really loud, especially during some events, making it hard to have a conversation. It's a really big open space with nothing to dampen any sounds. But that hasn't stopped me from going back.
My husband stopped there on his way home from work last week and brought a pizza home and myself and the kids really like it so we decided as a family to take the 30 minute drive to enjoy when we experience the red engine brewery sat down without and service went to order places our order of over 70 dollars beer poured and everything went to pay and they didn’t except cash without trying to fix the situation knowing your going to just let a family / people walk out with a decent bill they wouldn’t except our money cash hard to explain that to the kids why a business/ restaurant doesn’t except cash
Wish this place didn't cause so much cross traffic
What a great surprise. I was happily surprised with the various beer styles on tap. They have ciders and seltzer as well. I want to personally send a shout out to Kavika for being an excellent beer tender. Come down for some great brews and enjoy the farm scenery.
The food was good, the beer was decent but the service was horrible. We waited an hour for wings and nachos. The place had maybe at most 8 people in the brewery. We got our order, and it was still not correct. It took maybe 30 minutes to get another beer. Horrible, horrible service!
Great variety of beers & other drink offerings Cool setting & spacious. Family friendly. Food is available, looks & smells delicious but we didn't eat. Live singing was good, just wish it wasn't sooo loud, when I have to yell to a person across from me for conversation - it kinda ruins it.
We waited and waited and waited for this facility to finally open for business only to be disappointed at the service, the seating arrangement and the food. We don't understand why, despite the spacious floor space they have, most of the tables, chairs and guests were packed closely together. Ordering food wasn't fun. We waited a long while 'til our food was ready. Fortunately, the beer was provided at the order desk. It's not cheap here either.
We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman and ordered our food and drinks at the bar. We promptly received our drinks and were invited to the brewing area to see Dave remove the mash. The gentlemen were extremely friendly and you could tell they enjoyed the craft as they explained the process. Exceptionally friendly staff. We shared a pesto pizza and it was delicious! We each had a Blueberry Cider and I can't wait to go back and have another! 10 out of 10 experience! Rico went above and beyond!

I have been here twice and have had an awesome experience each time! I went with my dad the first time and boy did the blueberry cider sneak up on me! It’s too tasty to pass up on though! This time I went with my mom and we had amazing service from Rico and literally everyone that worked there. They showed us the brewing process, the chef came out and asked how our pizza was (amazing btw! We had the pesto chicken), and they gave us samples of some of their newer beers. Please try this place out! They also have lots of events like corn hole and “paints and pints” that I’ve yet to try out.
Cold fresh beers ,but sadly, cold food.
Went tonight for 1st time, great choices of their homemade brews to choose from.
Taste tested before I ordered.
Ordered to BBQ plate from outside food service.
Meet the owners who introduced themselves with samples from their brewery.
Nicest people, will return soon.
An oasis on the way from Burbank to Santa Barbara. Excellent food and super knowledgeable and nice staff. And, oh yeah, there’s the beer and other fermented stuff. 🍺👍
