My recent visit to this Starbucks location was notably impacted by their policy regarding complimentary water. Despite the standard expectation of free water being readily available at most Starbucks establishments, this particular branch does not offer it. This omission can be inconvenient for customers, especially during warmer weather.

I love this Starbucks, It’s very chill and the employees are so nice but the manager seemed nice at first until I heard they didn’t treat their employees fairly please look into this. So far love it 8/10
This is the slowest Starbucks. I mobile ordered and got here at the time the app said to. Waited 10 min longer. Watched customers order, get their drinks, and leave. Watched many cars enter the drive through and leave before I said something. And the lady had the nerve to tell me that ‘there are still a few orders ahead of me’ like I’m stupid. I hate going here and I hope for a Coffee Bean to pop up in town every time I come here.

Guys, 2 works Pike place.. that is my go-to coffee, especially on a Monday morning...it's Starbucks guys, you can't go wrong. If you don't like your drip or your super complex caffeinated drink, then they will make you a brand new one.. So enjoy and God bless
I have been a regular here for the past 3 years. When I say regular I mean I’d come 2xs a day and I have loved that everyone knew my name and what drink I’d get.
Recently a new manager has stated working and she has completely killed the vibe of this Starbucks. Many of my favorite employees have left and the ones that are there are no longer warm but seem fearful.
I don’t know this managers name but she’s looks to be in very poor health and has dark rings around her eyes. Today she told me she will not allow her employees to make my drink with the amount of extra ice that I like. Ice. Its free. Every other Starbucks around will do it for me so I guess I’ll be going to them instead.
I hope this message is seen by the owner because for this manager to make a long time daily customer stop coming takes skill and I’m sure I’m not the only one that fees this way about her.

Easily the worst Starbucks in the county. Baristas are horrendously rude, ill trained, and incompetent. One of the employees (older “blonde” lady ) also spends too much time defending and fighting for her store on the town Facebook 💀 like girl, just accept that you guys are awful. If they don’t understand what you ordered or wanted (directly from the app, mind you, not even a complicated off- menu drink) they will just make whatever random similar drink and refuse to acknowledge they messed up. It’s frustrating that I need to drive to another town just to get what I actually want with a smidge of competence and literacy. No other Starbucks struggles this hard.
