Found this restaurant on a whim. Glad I did. 1st was the awesome smell when I walked in. Nice menu, just enough not to overwhelm you. I ordered the chile relleno plate. Best I've tasted, with a sauce that included red an green bell peppers and onions with fried Japanese chiles. Great beans as well. On my way through Fillmore I will be stopping by
This place has the best tripas! They’re always served fresh and crispy ! I live in Santa Clarita, but I drive through Fillmore a couple times a month and each time I stop in Fillmore for some tripas tacos !! The customer service is awesome too. Must try this place !
The chorizo and eggs was ok, maybe needed a little more salt/seasoning. Beans and rice tasted right. Salsa was on point. Staff was nice, although noted the business didn't allow outside drinks... We'll likely be back.
