Fillmore wing stop is really falling behind on customer service. I went in today with my family and although we did separate orders, my family got their meal and I waited nearly 15min for min. We said dine in and tell me why my family got their food in a tray and mine was given in a paper bag. The cashier guy, I did not catch his name was not only rude, but his greeting skills are way off. I’m not the only one who thinks so. It does not have a an inviting feeling. Last time...

I have seen a change on Wingstop, I see that they’re more friendly and the food is tasty and hot and I noticed that my food is hot and ready to go the service is amazing thank you for the for the change . Guys

Parking: There’s plenty of parking

Kid-friendliness: Before the cashiers were very rude now I see a big difference. They’re very friendly once I open the door great management
