We walked in and weren’t greeted by anyone—not even a simple “hello” or “we’ll be right with you.” Even though the host looked directly at us. We stood there for a while, unsure if we should seat ourselves or wait, but no one made an effort to assist us. It’s disappointing, because first impressions matter, and basic hospitality goes a long way. Unfortunately, we decided to leave and eat somewhere else where we felt welcomed.
Food is fresh, which causes it to take long to get after ordering.

Called to place an order around 8pm and got no answer. I called again at 9pm and got two rude ladies. One lady spoke Spanish and other young lady who the older lady passed the phone too. They said that they were not taking orders and that they were closed? Your sign says open and your website says open till 10pm. There was no need for being rude. How about update you schedule so you wouldn't have people calling your restaurants since it's big inconvenience for you.
We love eating here, good food..

Enchiladas tasted like straight tomato sauce no spice whatsoever, rice and beans lacked flavor. Pork pupusa was not good for my personal preference, the texture was creamy and cheesy. Service was poor, server gave the “what do you want” type of attitude. Did not feel hospitable. Waited for bill for about 15 minutes but never came so I walked up and the younger woman was rude and didn’t even know my order. Overall staff was unprofessional and food was not good especially for the price.

I ordered my food at 2 and they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at 2:49 and my food wasn't even cooked! The lady still asked me if I was roasted when I clearly repeated twice on the phone that I was a pastor. I had to wait 10min for my food which I ordered 1hour before arriving!!!!!
I arrived and no one was there to receive me, I still had to find someone to help me!
