Service was excellent in spite of seeming understaffed. The trays of food they served from seemed a bit messy but the food was fresh, the guacamole was legit: made of ripe avocados, a little red onion, cilantro, and salt. It's a truck stop restaurant, set your expectations properly!

Wendy, Rosa, and Fatima were the dream team today. Even though there were a lot of people on Thanksgiving, they were kind patient, and helpful with all our large order, additional items and extras.
The food - especially the guac was delicious and nutritious.

Passing through and decided to get a breakfast burrito at Baja Fresh. The burrito was ok but the lady behind the counter was just rude I don’t know why I stayed to order. It no one's fault you have to work on Saturday morning especially mine and you made me regret stopping

Decent Baja fresh Express right next to the Tesla superchargers. Get the tostada instead of the burrito bowl since it comes with sour cream and guacamole... Otherwise it is $2 for each of them. In the world of chipotle, this seams expensive and smaller quantity!

I love stopping at this Baja Fresh Express btw, trucker with receipt off deisel purchase get a discount, Enrique and Fatima the baja crew , wink, wink ladies Enrique is handsome young man very polite and aims to please, and Mis cutie young lady Fatima was such a sweet heart made us feel very welcome and accommodated us on substitution. Come check them out while here get a tastee freeze. SORRY EVERYONE I ALREADY STARTED CHOWING DOWN...Almost forgot thr girls at Tastee freeze hooked up vanilla ice cream, thank you girls for being good sports!!!
