I used to love coming here with family until recently. It seems like they’ve kinda let the place go.. I understand how hard it is to run a business and how time consuming people’s lives are but it really shows when you put effort into your business for yourself and customers. Last time I went it really needed a good clean.. like maybe close for a day or even hire cleaners for overnight.. costly but would be so worth it to give it a refresh. I also saw who I think is the owner grab a bucket off a fridge to fill up with ice and put in the ice machine.. all I thought was how long was that bucket sitting on top of the fridge collecting dust that’s now in the ice? I’ve been to different pizza factories in 6 different towns and I would say this is one I wouldn’t feel comfortable going back too. I hope I can revisit in the future and see some changes. We love pizza factory food so hopefully can try it out again within time!

Mari(the cashier) was super nice despite the change of atmosphere this afternoon at the carnival, not to mention the absolutely amazing taste of the pizza. truly delightful, will most definitely be a returning costumer. The atmosphere was beautiful with all the joy and good times around us, it’s just so amazing getting to have such an amazing pie in a nice cool night on opening day of the carnival. these pizzas have never missed!!!! I don’t usually give reviews like this but this pizza really hit the spot after walking around the fair for a while!!!!!

SO EXPENSIVE!!!!!!! WHO THE HELL'S GOING TO SPEND 4.37$ ON A CUP FOR A SODA. THEY DON'T HAVE WATER CUPS OR EVEN SELL WATER. IF YOU EAT IN THE RESTAURANT YOU CANT BUY A TWO-LITER. THEIR MENUS ARE NOT UP TO DATE WITH THE PRICES AND THEY'LL TELL YOU THAT WHEN YOU ASK TO SEE A MENU, WHICH THEY DONT HAVE AVAILABLE ANYWHERE IN THE RESTAURANT TO SEE. BOTH RESTROOMS HAD PEE ALL OVER THE TOILETS, AND NO PAPER TOWELS. THIS PLACE WAS NOT WORTH IT! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I mugged someone in the back alleyway then I came into this place to eat a turkey sandwich. Anyways it was a pretty fun summer. 👍/ got some new people there huh. 👀 noobs
