Stood in line for five minutes and the girl at the counter took two orders in five minutes. God only knows how long it would’ve taken me to get my coffee. When the ONE person at the counter (6 others walking around), turned to make coffee and screwed it up royally since coffee was pouring out and dumping all over the counter and the ground, I got fed up with the circus and I left!!!!! I’m not so addicted to Starbucks that I will wait another thirty minutes to get a cup of coffee. What a joke “shift manager”- shame on you for not seeing this fiasco and jumping in. I hope the other 10 people behind me wised up and left too!.

I had a cappuccino many times this month. All had the same taste except the one here.
I got 4 cappuccino for about 19$. All money waste. They just filled the whole thing with milk. There was no foam. They didn't tell me to pick for a long time all drinks were cold. There was limited to no coffee taste.
I was ashamed to ask for a refund. But if any Starbucks experience deserves a refund it was this.
We trashed it. Such a waste of money milk and time.

My 2 star review is specifically to address the rude customer service by a staff who had a mustache serving drive through counter
The lady in the counter was actually nice but the guy walked to me with my venti coffee and said he cannot give me an extra cup when I requested for a double cup. He said they are low on inventory and don’t offer double cups anymore without even offering me an alternative
The lady of course helped me with an alternative cup holder
If they are super busy during holidays staff should take a break and return back to work in a better mood instead of showing attitude to their customers

Only 1 bathroom for hundreds of travelers especially on the weekends. Take away unused seating and add a bathroom. Had to wait 30 minutes after my coffee was ready in order to use the one stall.

- While some previous reviewers found the staff of this Starbucks rude, we found them friendly and professional.
- One previous reviewer complained that they waited 10 minutes for a cake pop. We waited 2 minutes and 21 seconds for our cake pop.

Mixed bag here because service was so great. I ordered 3 petite scones and was given a fourth for free! The bathroom was unfortunately pretty gross and I'm hoping it was just an off day or they had maybe been too busy to get around to cleaning it yet?

Incredibly long bathroom line. Staff was super helpful when a single person took 15 minutes (!) in the bathroom.
This has to be the worst-run, dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been to. I go to Starbucks at least 5 times a week and don't waste your time with this one.
