I have never encountered anything like this we got a whole footling and wanted different topping but the employee here trying to charge me different price as 2 half. I've been to other subways and they have never done this. Everytime I order as long as the meat is the same it's the same price as 1.

I’m always coming here for a sandwich all the times I’ve been here and never had an encounter like this. It first started with what kind of bread I said “Hearty Multigrain” girl with purple lip, orange tag on hat goes “Multigrain” as to correct me. If subways puts it as “Hearty Multigrain” I’m going to pronounce it as is. Second, I ask for a cookie she’s already helping someone at register touching stuff, picking her nose, touching her face, and proceeds to grab me a cookie barehanded. I assumed she would understand how germs contaminate and at least be courteous to wash her hands and put a glove on yet she didn’t. Than, I only had $100 bill, and looks at me then proceeds to say “No change” calm on now Firebaugh Subway. Although she did give me change, this employee needs to retake her food handlers course again. I won’t be coming back to this subway after everything was handled today.

The new ownership of this place has really made it into a dumpster fire. You used to be able to use coupons online because subway is not cheap and the coupons helped alot. But I guess the new owners are just cheap like that

I recently visited this Subway location, and the experience was incredibly disappointing due to poor customer service. The staff appeared uninterested and unmotivated, barely acknowledging my presence as I approached the counter. When I placed my order, the employee was curt and seemed annoyed by simple requests, like toasting the bread and adding extra toppings. They hastily assembled the sandwich without care, resulting in a sloppy, uneven mess. The worst part was the dismissive attitude when I pointed out a mistake in my order; instead of correcting it, they simply shrugged and handed me the sandwich. The lack of basic courtesy and attention to detail left a sour taste in my mouth, far worse than any sandwich could.

The 2 middle aged women working there were discriminatory towards disabled people. Didn't allow them to use the restroom unless they purchased something. Ironically I think one of them had a learning disability after she didn't know how to add quarters and kept repeating the total as if I didn't give her enough money.

Subway has gotten so skimpy with everything! The bread has shrunk to hslf the size it was, the fillings are lacking big time hardly no meat barely any veggies. It’s so small now . We paid 65.00 for 4 sandwiches !!! Paid extra for more meat and hardly got any meat at all !!!! No sauce either ! This was my very last time ever ordering anything from subway I’ve had it . Got a pizza sub and they put NO CHEESE ? no napkins … this is Firebaugh location it’s awful !! I’ve given them several chances … no more!

A very healthy meal despite being so fast. And they treated me very kindly.
I’m not even gonna lie that was the best sandwich I ever had in my life like five stars all the way the girl behind the counter great customer service she excelled tremendously. She’s a great employee, and I believe y’all need to give her a raise that part.

I won’t usually do this but customer service is terrible. Staff was extremely rude to us.

Parking: There seems to be enough parking
the two women who were working 6/15/2023 8:25pm did not let my children sit down because they had already cleaned and they gave us the cold sandwich because they had already cleaned the oven and they did not want to use it, sadly bad service.

Very rude females. They also dont use the correct color knives for certain sanwich types. Ive seen them cut a ladies veggie sub with the knife for fish and a mans tuna sanwich with the red knife for meat ? very unsanitary n also not cool. Watch which knives these people are cutting your sanwiches with and speak up.
