DENIED SERVICE AT LUNCH TIME. FULFILLED 4 orders before us. Felt racist because we were brown. Closed right after she served the white customers. Two employees there she said she had to give her other coworker lunch. Then why can't she make 2 sandwiches. Lazy employees. Never go here if you don't have to

The subway guy cared more about talking to his coworker than taking care of the customer… the chicken guy did a good job taking the initiative to help out the subway guy since he wasn’t there, but once he was relieved he kept distracting the subway guy / chatter box instead of taking care of his customer too. Several items were missing so I couldn’t get exactly what I wanted as well as painfully waiting too long .. previous subways I hit along the way actually took care of the customer in a timely and professional manner. Also subway guy needs more training too as he didn’t wrap the sandwich with two papers like all the other subways, my veggie patty wasn’t even warm after I asked for it toasted maybe he forgot to toast it?, and no napkins. Come on man … at least act like you care while you’re with a customer - why am I having to wait for your conversation to get my food as a paying customer

Ordered food on app 20 minutes before I arrived and didn't make food until I got there

Very bizarre experience. I asked for ft long and she took out a 6 inch bread. I asked for ft long again and she took out another 6 inch bread, placed it next to the other, and started making the sandwich like normal, only pre "cut" instead of cutting it after it's made. When she was done she picked up one half and placed it on a separate paper than the other one, then wrapped them separately. She placed the stickers on to hold it and said, "I'm charging you for two 6 inches since there's two stickers!" And then laughed. Two 6 inches is more expensive than a ft long. I wish I had said something but had already had a long hard day and was in shock and confused at the time and just wanted to leave. There was no reason she couldn't have wrapped it in one wrapper and use one sticker. The normal ft longs are cut in half before wrapping anways. Never coming here again.

Walked up to order the rude employee was swatting flies (gross) he threw the fly swatter on a counter I then asked him if food is prepared there he then yells at me saying " do you see food there" very rude then when I went to talked to a manager some Manger totally ignores me we will never go there again and employees shouldn't be allowed to wear headphones
