I understand the place was very busy because of Thanksgiving weekend. Went at about 8 to 8:30 pm. But come on, a Mexican Pizza needs to be put in the oven and the cheese should be somewhat melted. I run a business, so I try to keep things objective and positive. The food taste was good. On a regular evening, parking should not be a problem

Terrible service and as far as them making your food right forget about it. Worst taco bell I've ever been to. For the last few months I've been out here for work and I'm done giving my money to this place. Someone needs to train them better. ✌️

So cashiers are extinct here. Had to wait behind a family who let their kids use the kiosk to make their order and a couple who couldn't decide if they wanted milk or water with their order.... needless to say, it took a while to get my order through and then waited a goos while to have them serve my food in a bag even though I pushed for dine in.
The restroom door handle doesn't work and won't lock so anyone can come in on you while you are pooping. They put a paper saying "knock before entering" instead of spending the same amount of time replacing the handle..
Send somebody to the hardware store and replace the bathroom lock RIGHT NOW. Don't print a sign asking people to knock first and think that's good enough!

Placed 4 different orders, all had multiple things wrong/missing. The restaurant was very cold and the staff didn’t seem to care about any mistakes that were made! I’m not happy and as a traveller i will never return to this location.

Service was terrible, made us wait 40 minutes when not much was ordered anyways and business was slow so not exactly sure what took so long. Even after making us wait for almost 40 minutes, the food was made very sloppy. To add on, Taco Bell gives a senior discount however this one refused to for some reason. Overall was a terrible experience and would definitely not come back again.
