It took me a second to realize the restaurant is inside the Chevron. And it was really good. On a long road trip it was a great alternative to the regular fast food chains. I had the Birria Quesadilla and would definitely get it again if I’m passing through that stretch of I5.
So good! Exactly what I needed after being stuck in traffic for hours. Finding great birria tacos here was so unexpected. It definitely perked up my mood after being stuck in traffic for hours.

5 Stare! Best birria tacos I've had on the road and the roasted jalapeno was good too. Well portioned and came with grilled onions and peppers on the side. I ate all of the broth with chili fretos. Deliciouso! Mucho Gracias!
