We dine at Jackalope Ranch frequently and have always found it to be very good overall. My wife loves the Jicama Avocada salad which can be ordered with your choice of protein or without. I love the half rack of Ribs on the Wrangler special that comes with some very good sides including the Ranch Beans that have small pieces of meat in the mix. Service is always excellent. We generally sit inside in a booth as it can be a little cool on the outside patio even though it is beautiful outside. Sitting inside it can be a quite noisy because of the bar. Making a reservation online with Open Table is very easy to get a good table at a desired time.

Loved the setting, Problem was, we had a 6pm reservation, but did not get seated until 6:15. Once seared, we were ignored for a half hour except for getting a glass of water I wound up going to the bar to get us some cocktails. It took forever to get served. It was fun watching the people dancing. Just a great spot to have fun. By the way, the food was Excellent! A little pricey, but the only real complaint was the service (or lack thereof). We had been forewarned about the service and the warnings were accurate. Also, while the patrons were all having Fun, None of the workers seemed to be having fun. I did not see One of them with smile on their face.

Jackalope Ranch was great. They were closing, but literally stayed open an extra 45 minutes, so that we could eat. Great food, awesome feel, service was spot on.

We always enjoy Jackalope and will return again. Service was a tad slow at the beginning which might have been staffing but Lillian was wonderful! Good variety on the menu as well. A little bit pricey I think but almost everything seems to be these days.

Service was really good and our waiter was funny. There was a slight wait to get seated. Definitely recommend making a reservation. Food was okay. Nothing crazy but it was fine. Pretty big portions.

We stayed here at Tenaya lodge through New year's and ate here 3 times and had a great time. Food was bomb, waiters Brandon, Jasper ans Aaron were bomb. Definitely coming back next trip to Yosemite 👍

Restaurant is located within a gorgeous lodge and we had some fun warming up by the fire, admiring the Christmas Tree and roasting complementary marshmallows after dinner. A bit disappointed by the highly salted food that sounded great on the menu, but wasn't as fresh and delicious as I hoped. There's ice skating at the lodge, but it was raining when we visited. Can't beat the convenient location in regards to grabbing a bite after exploring the trails and hiking!

Jackalope’s was a refreshing lunch stop after a morning of hiking. An open dining room plenty of tables and a full bar with many options provides a great setting for small or large parties. Food was very good. The Ruben sandwich was the best I’ve had outside New York City. Good local beer and an extensive wine selection. Service was outstanding as well. No criticism whatsoever.

Absolutely awful! Bartender was rude. Food was so basic a monkey could do better. Burger was flavorless, pork chop was dry, risotto was ..... simply not risotto. A huge waste of money!

The food was absolutely amazing and just what we needed after an impromptu experience with a black bear while hiking back from Grisly Point. We highly recommend getting the shrimp ceviche and corn riblets. Combine them for a surprisingly great combination.
