Absolutely awful! Bartender was rude. Food was so basic a monkey could do better. Burger was flavorless, pork chop was dry, risotto was ..... simply not risotto. A huge waste of money!
General good food but I wish the outside with heater is open for dinner. It wasn't. Food is generally good.
Very nice bar/restaurant. Food was great and service was friendly and just right! Will definitely be back!
The food was absolutely amazing and just what we needed after an impromptu experience with a black bear while hiking back from Grisly Point. We highly recommend getting the shrimp ceviche and corn riblets. Combine them for a surprisingly great combination.
Great food! Excellent service and friendly staff. They had excellent veggie options as well as a wide variety of kids meals
Callin was our server and she was pretty good. I had the Cru wine, which was excellent Pinot Noir. I had the Harris Ranch filet mignon it was cooked to perfection. But I didn't care too much for the potatoes and I hardly got any vegetables. So it was rather on the pricey side. My husband had the Philly cheesesteak and he said it was pretty good and it came with fries, which I ended eating most of them. It was very noisy as there was a group behind us extremely loud. I think I like breakfast here better than dinner.
Not even done my meal, and have to leave a review.
Jackalope’s rocks. The ambience, the food, and the service are all top notch. Having finished 18kms of hiking in Mariposa, this was the perfect place to stop for food and a drink.
To Greg, our server - keep doing what you’re doing, you made the experience what it was, made us feel welcome the second we sat down, and ensured we were taken care of the entire time.

Our waitress was Brooke and she was great. I've been in the hospitality business for a while and have tons of experience. She is most definitely one of the hardest-working servers I've seen. Also, the food was top notch! From the avocado gazpacho to the burger and that coconut risotto was just amazing! I'd gladly do back again when I'm in the area

Terrible staff at bar and waitresses. Food is mediocre. Better to travel offsite.

Nice and comfortable restaurant. Friendly staff, offered us hot water with honey on the side. Like the Charcuterie a lot, tasty meats and cheeses. The steak house burger is perfectly made and very filling tool

My wife and I had dinner at Jackalopes the two nights we stayed at the Lodge. Very lively ambiance with a varied menu and good pricing. Service was friendly and attentive and the folks behind the bar made excellent drinks. Two food items of special note were the tuna nacho appetizer and the Cobb salad. Both were exceptional.
The 72 hour furikake ribs were amazing. I wish the fire pit had been lit on our patio. It was a nice early fall warm evening and they didn't seem. Try prepared to have people seated outdoors. But our server was great—attentive and kind.
