A little hard to find if you are not looking. It's located in side the chevron gas station. Food is absolutely delicious! Great service too!

Sace yourself the trip, it's not worth the wait. I bought a sausage breakfast burrito. The burrito was not the worst I've ever had. But for $13 dollars, you figure it would at least taste good and also be bigger. The burrito was actually kind of bland and half the size of most burritos in other places. Not worth the money.
The service was OK. It would have been better if the girl behind the counter was more worried about taking customers' orders than texting on her phone.
Parking: Paking by the building are actually short for most vehicles and your back is to the Gas Pumps. Kind of a hazard.

I had charros grill cater a graduation party for 20 people this weekend. The cooks were super prompt, professional and very friendly! Tacos were big, meat was delicious and cooked fresh at my event. Salsas were amazing, rice and beans were authentic. Prices were great. I am very happy I found them! Scheduling was straightforward and communication was great leading up to the event. Gustavo and Lucio were the cooks and I scheduled with Ms. Reyna, all wonderful!

This is a true "Hidden Gem" and a great example of a small mom & pop restaurant, serving some of the very best Mexican food I've eaten. ? ??No kidding and Not exaggerating this is my second visit, I actually found this place by accident (I was out on a ride & running out of gas in my motorcycle, as it turned out running out of gas was a good thing and this was just the place I needed, you'll understand what I mean when you come visit) On my first visit I ordered 2 tacos, one Carnitas, one Pastor and a drink, good sized tacos, the carnitas and pastor were both tender and flavorful made with fresh ingredients with great homemade sauces. Today I had the Chile Verde plate, ahhh mann!!! it was Sso good, fork tender pork in a rich Verde sauce, great fluffy Spanish rice with great refried beans topped melted cheese garnished with lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole and three corn tortillas. Great meal ? good value for the money about $13.00 bucks. Totally full when I left, I will return again, no doubt about it ?? they have a great menu. The staff is nice, very friendly and helpful. If you want to get away from the "same ol same ol" big corporate Mexican food restaurants and experience some very good authentic Mexican food with those homemade flavors and freshness you'd only find at your Mom's or Grandma's home, then this is the place you want to try. Now, I have to be forthcoming and tell you that this little restaurant is located at the East end of Alton, just on the other side of the 241, now don't let that scare you ? I know it's a little bit of a drive but trust me you and your belly are gunna be Sso Happy you did. ☺️Trust me, trust me, trust me ?Tell them Fred sent you. ?

People were amazing, excellent service and food was best out of all of that, I love this place and their habanero sauce, gives me chill vibes.
Vegetarian options: they have more vegetarian options than most people in their menu
Parking: parking is free and lots of spots.
Kid-friendliness: the people are very nice and will never give you an attitude.

This might’ve been the worst Mexican food I’ve had. There’s something very off with the meat, both chicken and steak, in particular.

I’ve eaten here breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ALL and always delicious. You can tell the folks making the food really care and go above and beyond to enjoy their food. I knew my burrito was missing salsa and the lady gently pointed out which one would go better and again, superb. Lucky enough to be just on my way to

Got the chorizo burrito and a bacon sausage burrito. Big! Tortilla was awesome. Salsas are very good, the habanero was yum. Lots of filling, meat, cheese, eggs and diced potato. Cant wait to have it again.

Great food at great prices
Very good Mexican food.Located inside a gas station. Not many places to sit and eat. However the food is really good.I've had the chorizo, sausage breakfast burritos and chilaquiles.
Parking: Parking shouldn't be too much of an issue. It's a gas station. In the morning it's not busy but it can get busy later on.
