Chipotle Mexican Grill

I've been here a few times and always have a good experience, but today was exceptional! They were out of chicken when I arrived, so I had to wait a few minutes. Zack was amazing—he offered chips, guac, and a soda while I waited and apologized multiple times. Very polite and respectful, The whole team was friendly, and even the cook apologized. Great service—I’ll definitely keep coming back

I had a very disappointing meal yesterday (July 28). The rice was overcooked and mushy, and the chicken pieces were burnt and barely edible. Definitely not the quality I was expecting.

I placed an order online and called the store immediately to fix some mistakes on the order. They refused to make changes to the order and left the food tasting awful. I tried to ask them to preventing this situation. So much for customer service and paying high prices for the delivery on top of that.

They barely had beef available for my dish .

Not sure why these Chipotle chains are skimping on serving size. The brand was known for a full size meal at value price. Now the service staff needs to be given reminders 1-2 times each time to put in more rice, more veggies, etc. This was noted other social channels and Chipotle CEO had made a public statement as well - Seems the stores never received the MEMO!!!

My typical order is always good. But I tried the barbacoa today. It was good. Tender, juicy, melted in your mouth. But it tastes like taco seasoning. Like they just dumped a few packets in and called it a day. It's good, but I have to say I was expecting something different.

The rice is always undercooked, so it's hard to eat. Rice have to soak it and cook it, may be the rice cooker not good..

Me and my family we went there. we ask what extra rice s they put barely any rice? They treat their rice like it was gold

It's a good Chipotle they make decent sized burritos and they're usually pretty quick with the service

The protein was cold, lettuce going bad and avocado could be more fresh along with the lettuce. Protein should be above warm. For the amount being charged the food should be way better quality.
My mom returned her food. Very unsatisfied and quite frankly disgusted.
