Refused to give me my birthday reward simply because I just put in my birthday on the app. Even though the app says it should appear today. Literally told me to come back next year and was SO rude. They should fire the woman behind the counter, she's too miserable to be selling cookies.

It was warm in there, workers looked like slaves. I have been waiting for my order for 30 minutes and once I asked they gave me and order that was sent out 25 minutes ago and I remember that they never said my name (my name starts with an S the order that they said started with an L) so completely different names which was also quietly said. Not worth the wait.

Horrible customer service, we pre ordered in the morning at 10:00 am to come pick it up at 6:30 pm but when we came they made us wait over 40 minutes to tell us they are sold out out of most of their cookies. All they could say its “I’m sorry.”Horrible service and unorganized.
