Hours say closes at 9pm but showed up at 835pm and doors were locked.

Bad customer service. The staff should not stand around to chit-chat and gossip. It is unprofessional and rude.

Also, the drinks are average and very bland.

Ordered a signature milk tea and it was extremely watered down. They offered to make it stronger (not sure exactly what they did) but we walked out with the drink tasting the same. It seems like a location based issue as other reviews mention this as well, and other Dingtea locations I've been to are fine. We tossed the entire drink.

Owner is unprofessional and responds to any negative reviews accusing them of being fake. She claims she knows who I am but I have never met her. To the owner - if you claim this again, please message me personally and let me know exactly which business it is you think I own.

Good variety of delicious tea and exceptional service. It's always a pleasure to see a very nice, affable young lady who works there. 🙂

Excellent Boba and a good selection of drinks. Helpful staff. Loved the free little plush if you bought 2 drinks. Very cute

3 Major Things
1. The drinks are way overpriced for the size of the medium. Basically $5.50 without topping or $6+ with topping for approx 10 oz.
2. The drinks were terrible, the strawberry milk tea was sour, the guava oolong tea was sour, and the oolong milk tea was basically milk
3. The person working there was so rude. She was throwing her mixing cups, spoons, and measuring cups in the sink making loud crashing noises and when we said thank you she didn’t even acknowledge us. Having a bad day maybe, but no need to be aggressive
Our family won’t be coming back to this ding tea.

I couldn't resist sharing this amusing encounter at the boba shop. After my drink was prepared, there was some leftover tea, and I playfully suggested getting it in a cup. However, the barista explained, 'My manager insists we throw it away.' It adds a quirky touch to the business dynamics.

Boba is great! The cup is not ideal since it leaks a lot. Love the plaza where it's located, very relaxing atmosphere and great for group settings.

Vanilla iced coffee is watery with hardly any flavor. I couldn't finish it. I ordered a med strawberry milk for $5.25 it came up as $6.50 at register..was just ok...said they couldn't correct it & their manager had just updated the electronic menu today & it shouldn't be outdated. They said to get refund, I would have to fill out a form and get it another day. Weird.

We ordered their taro and wintermelon drink and both are so good! We get to adjust the level of ice and sweetness. Service was friendly and quick. If you check in on yelp, you can get 15% off on your whole order.
