Helen always gets my order right, fast service and she has a nice smile that tells me she likes what she's doing. She's very genuine and very positive. My son loves the smokehouse brisket.

Good, Bad and Ugly......
The GOOD was the pickle spear and wheat roll.
The BAD was the Club on a Sub and Veggie sandwiches. The amount of ingredients were small. Even the lettuce was shredded so fine it got lost in the melted cheese. Even the veggie sub had melted cheese which I didn't want. They use canned mushrooms and was unable to see but 3 or 4 slices of black olives as requested. I could go on but suffice it to say both sandwiches were a disappointment.
The UGLY was the price...we paid $30 for 2 sandwiches. Not a problem if they had been good. The sandwiches are assembled out of our sight so unable to see what you will get. You should spend more money on quality and quantity than the fancy packaging for the subs. This location was well staffed, not overly friendly but polite. The place was empty. The cars in parking lot were for patrons for Chipolte next door. This was our first and LAST visit.

Used my points for a free large Hook & Ladder Sub!

We ordered the large tuna sub yesterday for lunch with chips and a drink. Clearly the best subs around. The delivery service was fast and efficient and of course we ate it at home which is peaceful and cozy. Great subs, fresh ingredients, and good people.Highly recommended

Service and atmosphere are average. Value for food used to be decent but not worth anymore. There is no fast food sandwich anywhere worth over $10. You're already using low quality ingredients... anything more than $10 for bread, meat, and cheese is just a bad value and greedy. I was a regular here every Thursday for the daily deal $10 spicy grilled chicken sandwich. A little overpriced, but the daily deal made it worth it. Just went in and learned they are done with the daily deals. Guess I'm done coming here then! Plenty of cheaper alternative options.

Hi this is James and I’m a regular at this location for many years and Monday is my go to night. Meatball Monday. Last three times I have went the meatballs have either been cold or hard or the cheese is either very little or too much. I don’t get how hard it is to make a consistent meatball sub. I’m coming in this Monday and if I’m not happy with my order I’m going to ask for a refund and never return with me or my family we will find another location even if it’s further. Do better. Keep your meatballs fresh
