Best bakery ever! Great customer service. For my son's birthday, at first I asked for a simple cake and the order was confirmed. But I changed my mind to a very challenging cake. Laila was very nice. The sample cake itself we requested was more than what we were expecting. I sent her a picture of a cake that my husband and I liked for our daughter's 7th bday and I let her know that I don't expect it to look the exact same but just wanted to give her an idea for the carnival theme wanted.
