Worst customer service. The auto care center is the worst. Very bad management lazy employees, most of them don't even know what are they doing. They sell you the road hazard warranty, after getting a flat I got there around 11 am to get it fixed, they told me I have to make an appointment cause they are fully booked can't take my car in for they day. The manager was hiding behind the counter and telling an employee they can't repair a flat tire which takes 15 min tops to repair. So I made an appointment for next day I came in 15 min prior to my appointment they signed me up and they took my car for service 2 hours after my appointment I end up staying almost 3 hours. No manager checks up on these guys. The worst experience ever.

highly disappointed with the customer service and the manager at this place. I am a 39year old tourist with a valid governmental issued passport but not allowed to buy wine because i'm not an American citizen ??? !! this was not handled well and very frustrating!

Nothing too much to say here I swung in for a pickup order and it only took a few minutes before my guy Reece came out smiling wide, we had a quick chat and loaded everything in and I was on my way in a few minutes nothing but praise for how cool the guy was

Ordered a custom cake online! Heard you could order cakes from Walmart from my friend who did it for her wedding and honestly it was so cute and such a smart idea! Decided to try it for a galentines dinner I was hosting! My fiancé who picked up the cake, took 40 mins for the entire process. The cake was ready but no one was at the bakery. He asked four different associates and no one had any idea. He went to the customer service desk, and then they paged someone to bakery twice but no one came. And then a manager had to go find the cake, and apparently it wasn't even under the pickup persons name but my name. A whole 40 mins. But the cake was $14 and it was super cute, and looked like those more expensive cakes you see nowadays so not complaining about that more the service!

Do not go to this Walmart even off principle alone! I have not ever left a negative review for a business before. I arrived to this foothill ranch Walmart at 10:52pm (6 minutes prior to closing) I have a really bad sinus infection. I was told by Dr. To get a sinus irrigation device to relieve congestion. I parked prior to 10:50pm and got to the entry door at 10:52pm, the automated doors opened (probably because they are set to open until 11:00pm). There were two other patrons a young man and a woman. Both inside the first entrance door but being refused entry into the second entrance door, by a middle aged blond employee with a covid 19 mask on. It was still 8 minutes prior to closing and I tried to explain I just needed a decongestant from in front of pharmacy that I had a bad sinus infection. She literally said "I don't care". I didn't get a chance to say anything else because the two other patrons who'd been refused entry since even earlier continued to ask for a manager and a reason why they were not allowed in prior to closing time. The employee just kept refusing to get a manager and kept stating "I don't care" "we are closed " (even though.. they were not). Finally the young man who'd arrived even before myself and was wanting to buy a charging cable from in front of the counter just said "you know what I'm going it's not 11:00" and quickly walked past the employee into the Walmart. Then she decided it was time to finally go get the manager.. myself and the other patron remained by the entrance/ exit while the 4 or so people who had checked out and where waiting to have their receipts viewed all just stood there waiting. I waited probably 3 minutes and then just decided to leave. The other patrons and I all agreed to leave a review about this experience. However when I just created a yahoo account and went to leave a review I noticed they already have a 2.75 out of 5 star review on yahoo.. they obviously I'm not the first person to have a bad experience here. So management probably won't even be made aware of this review. I really can't believe this happened at a Walmart... for what reason did this employee choose to do this aside from a pointless power trip. I really needed that decongestant and all three of us arrived well before closing.. and they refused to get a manager when we were not allowed in. If management does see this call me at 760-521-2460 And if they don't see this I'll call tomorrow or keep leaving bad reviews on yahoo and Google Reason why I say that is I called the customer experience line off google & spent 8 minutes going through prompts and holding just to be told that department closed 4 hours earlier and for call to drop. .. seriously no one is expecting that much from Walmart. Only that is stay open for it's official hours and for it not to be operated like the DMV.. it's not a high bar held for a Walmart. This woman should be fired or never have been hired.. there was literally no reason to bar entry to people for no reason that long before closing time.

Almost 5 months the water machine doesn't work all the time coming to fill my bottom waters but the machine doesn't work been five months ago and they still put the sign the water machine out of service. I don't know why they don't fix it until now and this is not good for the big company like a Walmart.

Cashier and manager Oscar are incredibly rude in their service. They refuse to price match even though company policy allows them. Employees use inappropriate language inside the store. Feels very uncomfortable shopping at Walmart.

I did a grocery delivery yesterday. I ordered two packs of lunch meat. Opened one today - MOLD! I look at the sell by date and it said Sept. 23, 2023!!! 3+ months ago! I called the store and it rang and rang and rang - no answer. WOW. Never shopping at Walmart again!

Was told by an employee that an item in store would not be price matched to the same item on walmart.com at a cheaper price even though it's stated on their corporate website policy

We were grabbing some Christmas candy and bags for gifts at this Walmart today at 8:30 am or so and this tweaker who was ironically wearing a heart tie dye shirt walked by my husband myself and our small dog who was bothering no one and screamed at us about how we aren't allowed to have dogs in the store. She was chewing gum or her tongue like a brick of concrete and was threatening to kill our dog & spit towards us. Employees watched and did nothing. Mind you there's tons of other dogs in the store; on leashes and in carts. Our dogs is 5 lbs and was in a cart.

STOP STOP STOP DO NOT BUY FROM WAL MART DO NOT BUY FROM WAL MART I purchased a 75 inch television from this place and spent my money on it I drove over an hour and a half to get to this shop cuz it's the only Walmart that had it on sale I was very happy I got home looked into having somebody put it up for me so I could watch football on Thanksgiving with my family coming over I spent over $270 on some guy to hang it up for me with him charging me for the TV and the mount to the wall to hold the alleged 75 in TV. The person who put it up afterwards told me that it does not look like a 75-in because he's done hundreds of them so we took a measurement and lo and behold It's a 65 in so Walmart is charging me for $75 and getting a 65 inch instead This is Consumer Fraud I'm going to report the Attorney General's office in the meantime don't get ripped off by this company or their sales especially tomorrow for Black Friday they're a bunch of liars Liars Liars Liars These people responded with wanting me to spend more money to take the TV down and put it back in the box that I tore up already return it to the store and get my refund where I cannot find the same price for a 75-in that they advertised this is what they're conclusion is today 11/25. People stay away

Wal-Mart of Foothill Ranch, CA: Answer your phone!! I called the AutoCare center 13 times and letting it ring off the wall but no answer. Someone answered the AutoCare phone and hung up!!! I tried the Operator and also no answer!!! Is your store that busy or terribly understaffed?

arrived at this Walmart 3 minutes prior to them officially openin. the door was open so I entere, and asked one of the employees if i could enter and they said yes it's okay. 2 minutes into shopping manager shows up and tell me very rudely they are closed and I have to leave. they kicked me out for 3 minute by the time I explained it was already 6:00 am and they were open but she still didn't care. this location has the worse employees

So I don't know how to put Instacart on Yelp but I've been with them for years and never had a problem until today, but I'm really complaining about is the Shopper. He is the rudest most unprofessional shopper I've ever dealt with. I ordered 23 items and it took him two hours to get two items into the cart because he was doing multiple orders anyways because I asked him how many orders he was doing. He decided he would just cancel my order. So if you're in the Laguna area I'm gonna post a picture on here so you know what he looks like his name is Eric if you get him to do your shopping for you beware to get horrible customer service! He explained to me that he didn't care if he got a bad review and then he laughed.
