Very nice rooms, comfortable bed and very thoughtful details in the rooms (robes, fans even earplugs, Lol!). Very nice hotel!

Friendly staff but short menu for such a nice location.

Poor service & food was meh. Location-wise it's awesome, but I wish the food experience matched the view. Won't come again.

It was like walking into Chuck-E-Cheese... Most of the photos and reviews do not reflect the current menu or ambience.

Wish I could give it a full review. Stood at the entrance for a quite a few minutes, employee which appeared to be hostess made eye contact with me from across the bar.. waited another few minutes for her or anyone to come up to us and either seat us or tell us if we could get a table. Walked out.

Just wanna say the presentation online is really what brought me here for a birthday meal , I can say the views were amazing , loved the sunset and the atmosphere and the server who was brand new was really nice , but the Sysco steak that is more fat than meat was trash , I can say from Managing kitchens , you need a new food supplier to better accommodate the location of your establishment ..

The service was so so the food just all right but the entire meal was unpleasant due to the extremely loud noise from three drunks at the bar. They filled the entire restaurant with their racket. The acoustics of this place are such that sound from the bar dominates the restaurant.. The longer we were there the drunker and louder they got. One man and two ladies who were all over served.

Waited for an hour to receive no entrees, just some terrible brussel sprouts. Our server told us at least 5 different times that either our food would be ready soon or even they saw our food in the window and sometimes avoided us altogether when we tried getting their attention after an inappropriate amount of time had passed. Gave them one last chance to get our food but even then (by the end of the hour) they could not guarantee it was ready. Should point out that it was only until after we ordered they told us they were slow on service. Unfortunately we trusted them too long to the point every other place was closed when we left. Unclear if they were lying to us the whole time or there was major miscommunication with the kitchen. Either way they should have been honest MUCH earlier AND it should have been the job of the host to let us know there was a major delay. From the get go they looked like they did not care at all about their job or that place. More importantly all the above is the job of the owner to manage so they've pretty much failed in that respect. I wish I could chalk it up to COVID but according to recent reviews it looks like people have had relatively good experiences here. Additionally that same night, groups who arrived later than us had received their food. No idea why we couldn't get the same treatment.

We've been coming here every few years when we come to Fort Bragg and stay across the bridge at North Cliff Hotel. Evolving after Covid, but had a wonderful dinner and service--Madison and the other servers were great, the shrimp scampi linguine and rock cod and clam chowder were wonderful!! Full dinners maybe only on on Friday-Sunday--check the website. Foosball and basketball in the lower corner, so different, but still great view and friendly service and delicious food!

We had a party of five. The Cliff House is short of staff, an old facility in need of rehab. It took probably 15 minutes before we got any attention, the food was ok, but not attractively served. Prices were a bit high. The service was slow due to short staff, but very nice and polite. So the benign evening was just ok, and we likely won't return.

Stopped by here for dinner and it was a pleasant experience overall. I really wanted to try their Pesto Chicken Fettuccine but unfortunately they were out of it which was really disappointing as that's what I actually came to the restaurant for. I ended up trying their Truffle Fries, Brussels Sprouts, and Shrimp Scampi. All the food was delicious and had reasonable portion sizes. I tried their Berry Lavender Hard Lemonade as a drink and it was a well-balanced drink that was not overly-sweet or too strong. Our server, Tylor, was attentive and provided great service even though they looked understaffed overall. If you need a restaurant that is reasonably priced, has decent food, and provides a great view, this is your spot!

Our reservation was for 7, we got there at 6:10 we were greeted by this young man who was very nice and personable. Told him our reservation was at 7 but asked if we can sit at the bar and have some drinks until then. The bar was full so we sat on this little couch which I'm assuming is just a waiting area. The staff did not even acknowledged us. No smile, no hi, no would you like a menu or something to get you started. Others that came in after us and also sat on the other seats were offered a menu and attentive service. 7:25 rolls around and we are finally seated. Sat there for another 18 minutes before our server even knew she had our table. We ordered our food and our meal was around $33 each. We both got rib-eyes and let me tell you, they were flavorless and small. We asked for them to be cooked medium rare and both were overly cooked. There was no way we were paying that much for a horrible meal with horrible service. The staff needs trained on customer service and they need a new cook. The place is run down inside but I do have a positive... It has a nice scenery to either a r.v campsite or the ocean depends where they seat you.

This restaurant is still getting itself sorted out post-Covid. The host was prompt and helpful, seating us by a window with a great view. We sat with menus for at least 15 min watching 3 servers walk by without ever acknowledging our presence. The host brought water and, after another 10 min, we decided on another option rather than risk continued disappointment. Maybe next time. Guys, at least have your server greet us and tell us they'll be back soon.
