Some of the BEST food you will ever have. My favorite is their shrimp wontons with their signature salad. It's amazing!

Amazing 5 star meal! My wife had the panko petrol sole and I had the panko kinh salmon. Both came served on a bed of corn with with a champagne cream sauce over the asparagus. The flavors were balanced, both fish were light and flavorfull, with perfect seasoning and equally perfectly cooked. The presentatiob was amazingal! The only word that comes to mind is just WOW!
As excellent as the meal was, the service was equally exceptional, seating was easy at 5pm. The pre dinner drinks were very good and my wife loved the tito margaritas. My bloody Mary made with Titos vodka was well balanced and absolutely delicious.
Silvers Maya Fusion is always on our list to dine when we travel to Fort Bragg and Mendocino.
10/10, *****, always a return experiance! Thank you as always!

I'm writing a review because Alejandro was an absolutely amazing server! We came when it wasn't busy, so we got to have all his attention, but he was incredibly nice, attentive, and welcoming the entire time. The restaurant is lucky to have him!

The restaurant I initially decided to go to was closed & we decided to check this place out. Our food was ready quickly. Waiters were attentive. Yum! We'll be back to try out the other food. 😊

Mayan Fusion is on the expensive side, and I’m not sure if that’s due to seasonal pricing. The food is okay but not exceptional. The ambience is good, service is a bit slow, likely due to occasional spikes in foot traffic.

It started off promising; my wife and I were sat right away over in a nook by the window, but things went immediately downhill. The service was the biggest let down; after being sat, it took nearly half an hour before anyone came to our table. Three tables that were sat after us all had their orders taken in that time. For food, we had the ceviche, which was really fantastic, but the cochinita pibil and chicken verde enchiladas were underwhelming. Overall, I'd say an unremarkable and sad experience. Doubt we'll be back.

I am hoping that tonight was an off night. We stopped here on a whim, the food was good but getting follow up service was a challange. Coffee came out right away but cream and sugar didn't come out until well after the coffee was cold. Same way with the steak, it came out but by the time salt came out for the potatoes they too were cold. We wanted to get desert, but by the time the server came around we decided to find dessert elsewhere.

Great vibes in the restaurant, beautiful decor. Service was pretty inattentive. The calamari was solid, nice sauce, the crab bisque special was very fishy and small, and the flan...tasted like a burnt marshmallow, i mean it smelled and tasted like smoke, the texture was nice, but it just tasted like smoke.

Tonight we had some of the best service I have ever experienced. We hosted a large party for a Christmas event and Heidi took amazing care of us and the food was perfect. If you are looking for a place that has great food and exceptional service look no further. So grateful to have such an amazing restaurant in our community!

Good old Fatso Charlie took me to dinner at the Mayan Fusion restaurant because he says it's the best Portuguese restaurant on the coast! His words not mine, and when I tried to correct his geography he slugged me in the shoulder, and said he doesn't like Middle Eastern food! So, I asked him to just get me the same he's getting while I was washing up. And...Man-O-Man was it great, I don't know what it was but it was amazing! It was kinda like an inside out tamale, very nice indeed. 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

Delicious and authentic Yucatec Mayan food - and that's coming from someone who lived in the Yucatán region. We had the panuchos and the king salmon, both super delicious and flavorful!! And, the spicy Mayan chocolate ice cream was literally the BEST ICE CREAM EVER!!!!!! don't miss out of the ice cream! I'd come back to Mendocino just for it!

So delicious!
We love the food, we love the servers, we love the ambience.
This is our second time here in two days.
The local petrole Soul was unbelievable.
It’s topped with Silver‘s famous champagne, cream sauce and served over corn. You will be very happy you ordered it!
We also enjoyed the traditional Cochinita pilbil, and the grilled pock chuc.
Basically, I think everything here is delicious.
We’ve only tried the spicy dark chocolate ice cream dessert, but if we were indulging, we would get everything on the desert menu. Wow!!!

The place had a great vibe - bustling with people and lively energy. We zeroed in on this place for dinner after looking at the special Mayan Clam Chowder but to our surprise it’s a lottery, they have the usual clam chowder today which is tasty. We ordered Tapas Trio which came with Empanada, Arancini and Salbute one each which were too good but too few. We also ordered a wet burrito which was bland, we had to get the housemade habanero sauce for a $1 to finish it. Finished it with spicy Mayan chocolate ice cream which was just right amount to finish the meal.
