If I could put 0 stars I would. First of all...I bought a large coffee and enjoyed it my car since this McDonald's was completely packed. Not even 15-20 minutes later. I go in for a refill. The manager Heather told me she needed my receipt. So I bring in my McDonald's receipt.....now I ordered this coffee and a sweet tea through the McDonald's app. I show Heather said receipt and she still denied me a refill on coffee. Extremely rudely. I asked for a store number and she said there is no store number and walked away. This is the most extremely rude McDonald I have ever been too. She is now calling the cops on me. Got to go!

When I came here I thought it would be good because in my hometown I usually enjoy McDonalds never had a problem besides rudeness, now when I came here not only was it slow but if you want a sauce they said you have to get it with a separate order of a 10 piece nugget, which we had already got a 10 piece nugget, and I got a Big Mac sauce n fries and wanted hot mustard with my Big Mac and fries but they said we’d have to buy a 10 piece with it. That’s unacceptable nobody should have to buy another meal for a tablespoon of sauce in a little plastic like container….. and after I ate my food not only did I get absolutely sick I got god dang food poisoning within 30 minutes of eating my food, this place is nasty, disrespectful and tried to rob more money out of people, they are lucky I don’t want to waste my time and sue them for contaminating my food with their nasty hands.

~45 days ago I used the kiosk just inside the door. It somehow glitched. Just as I inserted my card for payment, the kiosk displayed a screen saying...'This machine is closed, please proceed to the next available machine'... or something to that effect. I moved to the next machine and reordered. I paid and received my meal. Later I checked my card and saw that the first machine also took my money. I ask the management at the store. They immediately claimed I was trying to defraud McDonald's by trying to get a free meal. They didn't check they just accused me of being a theif and a liar. I've emailed McDonald's cooperation. No answer. I've used these machines many times before and a few times since with no problems. But now... It's been ~45 days and McDonald's still has my money. It's not like $12.00 is going to cause me great harm... It's just a matter of fairness. This company doesn't need my money but I do. Shame on you.

1.5 out of five stars would not recommend. I only come here when I’m starving. Other than that it’s a joke from the people that work there to the customer service given to the quality of the food. McDonald’s just isn’t what it used to be. I grew up on this place and I can’t even reminisce anymore because the food is so different now than what it was.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The workers that work there are really nice and they’ll serve you with a smile. Well, a half smile well, maybe just a quarter smile because the food does not even smell like food. I’m not sure how McDonald’s is getting away with serving this because this is absolutely disgusting
