This is the worst mcdonald's I've gone too. They're customer service sucks. They always take so long to get your food out. This mcdonald's is not fast food, more like a slow food joint. And they never get any of my orders done correctly

Used to go all the time now it's like semi warm fries stale bread,are warm or old burgers and coffee has been warm the past three drive thrus then I have to go inside wait wait wait to get napkins ketchup or salt I guess you must ask for these things poor customer service skills if y ask me bring back the crew from 2 yrs ago excellent service no wait times for drive thru and fresh coffee all the time and fries perfect hot salted and customer service was superb now I only go for iced tea not to much Ice not to sweet

Was helped by the manager, Joseph who couldn’t have been nicer or more enthusiastic! He had suggestions for menu items and helped customers as they entered. Loved the Chicken Coop display in the front. Thought it was cute and on point. This was a visit today on Saturday, the 26th. I dined in and also went through the drive in for desert items. Best visit I’ve had in 5 years!

Terrible customer service. Very very slow drive thru. I had gotten a wrong order a few weeks back and this time, the drive thru was so slow. Missing an appointment when I was sitting in drive thru for 20 minutes. So much for fast food

So we had a gift card for $50 an just because it had a bent in it they wouldn’t take the card. How can they not type in the number on the card to know it’s active an not used🤬🤬🤬 so frustrating

I got a free McChicken with my points it was bad it was poor quality the lettuce was horrible it was like what is this even? And it had like no mayo just the bun it was gross horrible I would even make a better one and I don't even work there. MCDONALD'S DO BETTER! My free water was even better? Like what the?

What are the worst experiences I've ever had at McDonald's. From the kiosk not working to waiting 25 minutes for our food. The place was out of control people were angry, employees were walking out the place was seriously out of control. I will not go there again

There weren't alot of people. Maybe 3 in the drive and I was the only one in the lobby we got 5 item's. It took them more than 20 min to get our order. We had an appointment to get to we though this was gonna be a quick trip it wasn't. on top of that cause we had to rush they forgot some of our items. No one was friendly one girl stood in one spot and just read recipes. This was really upsetting.
Went through the drive thru. When you order a number 7 for breakfast (two breakfast burrito meal) they ask you, "hot, medium, or mild" for sauce. I ordered mild, they didn't put it in the bag. I parked and went inside to get my mild sauce. They treated me like I had two heads. "What's mild sauce?" All they had was hot picante. At every other location I can get mild salsa for breakfast burritos. The female there told me, "I don't know what salsa is." Really? You don't know what salsa is? Not having mild is not a problem. The problem was the way they handled the request for mild after they offered it to me. Admit the mistake, that you offered something you don't have. Don't tell me you don't know what salsa is.

I'm a long time fan of McDonald's. This location doesn't have the quickest drive thru. Fort Bragg CA is on The Mendocino Coast. small town. I'm thinking that has some impact to their service.
